I would buy ten more copies of this and give to friends if I had the funds. Yes, it is THAT good. Such a beautiful piece of ART. And yes poetry IS ART. - The author has a way of piecing together words and phrases in such a way that you feel it to your core. An amazing book. Ten gazillion out of ten. 10000000/10 go read it. NOW.

I believe things come into our lives for a reason. Three years ago, Tyler's poetry came into my life when I needed a sign for hope and courage. Recently divorced I had trouble believing in love. Broken, shattered, and bitter Tyler's words breathed fresh air into my worn out soul. I called my ex and shared his words knowing this would help us heal. Three years later we still find joy sharing Tyler's words and photos. Knowing how thrilled she would be, I purchased this book for her. We read it together. Tyler's poetry has given us courage to believe and to love. Something neither of us thought would be possible after the divorce. We have moved on with our lives and are happier as friends. I hope one day soon she will find love again and that she will get the three things she wants the most on her wedding day. The first, marrying a man that truly loves her, the second, an original Tyler Knott Gregson poem to commemorate the wedding, and lastly to have Tyler capture the first moments of her new life. Tyler, thank you for sharing your words and photos with us. This book of poetry is a must read for everyone. Do yourself a favor and read this book and then go to Tyler's website and read the rest of his poems, haiku's, and black out poetry. Your life will be richer, and fuller.

This book is a must have for any poet, and romantic at heart. I love the fact that most of the poems are written with a typewriter, and the words truly hit you in places that you never would've thought. Tyler Knott Gregson is truly a master at his art. There are very few places I go without this book, because I can always open it up and find a poem that truly speaks to my mood at that point in time. The small size makes it easy to hide in my purse of backpack, but the bright colors of the cover really are fitting to the book itself. I look forward to seeing much more from him in the future.

I feel like I was meant to buy this book of poetry. Writing simply and clearly and with so much meaning, Tyler Knott Gregson has inspired me to begin to write the poetry that lives in me...again. Each page brings so many new emotions, blended feelings that take you through the mind and heart of the writer and even through your own life (many of us don't stop to do this these days). Each poem is so beautifully written. I believe the description of his own writing in the book's introduction is wholly accurate. Powerfully warm, sweetly haunting pieces. I can think of several people in my life who will be uplifted my receiving "Chasers of the Light" as a gift. Ordering more copies...after I read it all once again...

I started this one months ago, and just now finishing this. I love the clever way he uses different media to feature his poetry ( pages of old books, backs of grocery receipts, invoices, etc) it makes the poems feel personal and intimate. Most of Tyler's poems are love poems, but there's also some observations and a few odds to nature. I've been to Montana once, Missoula. It is pretty country. Nice to read poetry that is passionate and thoufhtful

Beautiful glossy pages with lovely photography, and many of the poems were thought-provoking or graceful or unique in perspective or cute or warm-and-fuzzy-feeling, which I like and had intended for the recipient of my gift. A few felt a bit forced in the "trying to hard" way, but overall the quality of this beautiful book and its powerful words far outweigh the few that didn't strike a chord with me (which is also a completely subjective matter to begin with).

I bought this book for myself years ago, and have gifted it a number of times since. I find the poetry easy to connect to and very moving, and the artistry of the presentation is inspired. Everyone I have given it to speaks highly of it, too. I’ve purchased other books from this author, all of which are great, but this is a favorite in my whole collection. One of the books I find myself opening most often, in any variety of moods, where I can usually find at least one poem that beautifully lays out the words that I couldn’t find on my own.

Tyler Knott Gregson is a very talented wordsmith and that comes across in the very first poem and continues through this entire book. The prose is lush and evocative without being, as my wife said, "sickeningly sweet" while inviting you to be sucked into the fragrant imagery. The space between words gives time for the mind to create images and feelings that flow into the next line. This book will be read and reread. Both my wife and I loved it! If you don't follow him on tumblr or instagram I highly recommend it.

Tyler has always been one of my favorite modern day poets.I connected deeply with this Type Writer Series back when it came out in 2014.Took me so long to purchase it though😄 This collection ranges from love, life and sadness in my opinion. I love how he composes his poetries, his choice of papers/materials as well.The intro tells the story of how this series came to be.

I am so much in love with poetry and I think Tyler Knott Gregson's pieces are really great. I love the quality of the paper and I never expected it to be the glossy kind. Also, I got a cute little bookmark from Book Depository as a bonus. Definitely worth adding to the collection if you are as obsessed with poems as me. XD
