I bought this to prevent everything from getting jumbled or tangled, but it definitely didn't work. The necklaces didn't stay on the hangers. The net does not keep the end of each of my necklaces in place. The dividers don't prevent each compartment from mixing together. It didn't serve the purpose of keeping everything organized and separated while traveling.

Aesthetically speaking, it's not the most "attractive" looking jewelry box honestly... at least not in "Black," looks kinda "cheap." It looked so much better in the online photos, it's amazing how "photos" of people, places, or "things" in this case, can either "make you," or "break you!" This little gem will win no awards for "Miss Photogenic" Hah! Lol! However, when I really got around to thinking about it, this little "powerhouse" of portable storage has it's merits:- Large capacity for such a "compact" jewelry box: Holds a lot of necklaces, rings, earrings, toe rings, even watches, or bracelets, etc.- Available in three colors. Perfect for men or women, teenagers, or kids.- Lots of compartments, including dividers.- Well made, strong, "firmly" closing snap button. "Good enough," internal and external materials.- Not so beautiful and "fragile," that you'd be afraid to toss it into your purse, backpack, or suitcase! And, because of this, not likely to tempt anyone to "theft!" After all, it is designed to be "portable," to take on a trip, or getaway, to a "competition," or to a "special" occasion or "event" that will require a "change of dress," etc., not to "sit pretty" on your dresser, to be admired by ALL, LoL!!! Light bulb just went off! And with "that" in mind, "perfect" concept in design, and "functionality!" Excellent Value. 4Stars!****

Ah, where to start? I really liked the presentation of this jewelry box upon first glance. Everything looked elegant & giftable. As I opened the box, I realized that mine has 2 cosmetic flaws in the interior. First, the flap in the middle section doesn’t close properly because it’s misaligned (see pic). Lastly, the section for the rings are not evenly spaced out & looks rather crooked. These are really minor issues but they’re kind of bothering me. That’s why I took off a star. Other than these two issues, I really like the size & the sturdiness of the jewelry box. Great for traveling since it keeps the jewelry organized & protected. I also like how the dividers are adjustable so you can customize them according to your preference. In summary, this box serves its purpose but it does have some cosmetic flaws. I hope my honest review with pics can assist you in your decision making.

I ordered this jewelry box because I was tired of arriving at a hotel, and getting ready for in-person meetings only to discover that my jewelry, especially necklaces, were a big, jumbled mess. I like that the case is unassuming. Being a plain-looking, snap-closing box, it’s less likely to attract attention if my bags are gone through. It’s not common, but it has happened to me a few times. I haven’t traveled with it yet. It holds far more rings than I would ever use. I like that both the rings and earrings can be securely fastened into the case. I was not so sure that necklaces will stay in place, so I put some in it, then tossed it around a bit to replicate baggage handlers. As you can see from the before and after pictures, not a single one came loose, and the box’s snap stayed closed. It’s a bit big for a travel jewelry box. It would look fine on a dresser though. It could be used as a regular, small jewelry box. I don’t have any complaints. The only other comment I have is that I think it would be better if it held a few rings and more necklaces.

Love it as it holds a lot of rings, but I do have some statement rings that have wider bands they were a little difficult to get to stick into the slots. I got this because I had recently acquired a lot more rings and needed something handy that organized all my rings that I wear on a fairly regular bases and fit on my night stand. It fist what I was looking for except the awkward fitting of the wider rings. Maybe with use of this case they will fit better.I do wish it organized earrings as well as it does rings and necklaces. I don't wear as much necklaces as I do rings so the few necklaces it organizes works for me except it will not hold my pearl necklace as this case only seems to accommodate chain type necklaces.It is advertised as for travel. I guess it would work for that if you want a hard case. But it is larger than one I would carry for travel as I have a folding cloth one for travel that holds more. This hard case would fit in a room hotel safe.
