My head is on the bigger side (apparently) and it wouldn’t fit . You can make a small adjustment but not much. It’s good quality but just doesn’t fit well

Was recommended this product by a fellow boxer and it’s been everything I was missing. It’s super hard to work your neck out and using this makes it much easier. I feel like my ability to take shots has improved significantly. Will be using for the foreseeable future.

Great quality for the price. I was concerned about size from some of the comments, but it fits just fine.

Overall this is very well made and solid product. The chain has good weight, and velcro has a solid hold. I have heard some people say there is rubbing against there head/ears when using this and I'd suggest they wear a hat under this to solve this problem. Overall I'm VERY happy with this purchase, value, and overall quality of this head gear for neck strengthening at the gym.

Great product. I have researched the market before buying a neck harness and this seemed to be the best product out there. I was not disappointed when I got it. It is easy to adjust and sits comfortably without rubbing your ears or anything. I even manage to have a wireless Jabra earbud in while using this harness. The 2 sets of rings are extremely useful for an all direction neck workout. The lower rings are best for weight workout. I use the top rings with rubber bands. Tie a rubber band around a squat rack, or anything really, turn your back to it, attach the band to the top rings and you can do neck "curls" without using a bench! Same thing can be used for neck side workouts, just connect both ends of the band to one of the top rings. If you have no neck, you should see visible results after the first 3 - 5 workouts. It also helps improve the blood flow and prevents headaches (I used to have headaches from staring at the laptop monitor for prolonged periods of time while not holding my neck properly). This is the top neck harness in the market for its price/quality ratio. Must have if you want to get a thicker neck, but hate rolling your head on the mat.

Ich bin mit dem Nacken Trainer sehr zufrieden und nutze diesen regelmäßig beim Sport. Die Nacken Muskulatur wird ja oft vernachlässigt. Ich merke hier durch das regelmäßige Training eine deutliche Verbesserung für die Nackenbereich. Dieser Nacken Trainer ist sehr stabil und von guter Qualität.

Imbracatura ben pensata e realizzata per rinforzare i muscoli del collo e quelli limitrofi, facile da utilizzare e da indossare. Per quanto riguarda quello che arriva a casa ho fatto alcune foto e le ho caricate qua sotto, si può vedere la confezione e l'imbracatura stessa più la catena. L'utilizzo è molto semplice, basta regolare le cinghie dell'imbraco e poi posizionare i pesi sui ganci, infatti si può utilizzare i moschettoni o anche direttamente la catena. L'utilizzo quindi è semplicissimo, la cosa più difficile è la fatica per rinforzare i muscoli. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è molto buono e attualmente questo strumento viene venduto al prezzo di 33,99, prezzo decisamente interessante visto che così si riesce a utilizzare lo strumento per rinforzare il collo e non si deve spendere in altro. Gli strap sono perfetti e possono essere regolati praticamente in ogni misura e forma, anche perché le misure della testa sono abbastanza lineari entro certi canoni. L'intero strumento è molto resistente e questo permette di alzare molto peso senza alcun problema. A casa arriva un pacco con all'interno lo strumento e qua sotto ho caricato alcune foto così da mostrare come effettivamente appare il tutto appena arrivato a casa. Chiaramente utilizzando questo genere di prodotto è inevitabile sudare e la cosa bella di questo oggetto è che si può lavare senza alcun problema.

Je suis une personne qui fait beaucoup de musculation et j'ai décidé de me muscler le cou maintenant. Donc j'ai acheté chez une marque chronomètre qui est RDX ce magnifique instrument de torture on pourrait même dire. Non réellement c'est très pratique pour muscler le coup on a juste à mettre quelques poids dessus ça tient. Et faire certains mouvements qu'il faut effectuer. Je recommande à 100 %
