It started to come unstitched at the right strap. I thought it was because of all my textbooks I have to carry. So I took some out and it continued to grow until it finally snappe and fell off me last night. I bought this in August.My North Face backpack lasted me from 7-12 grade. It still works, just a little tattered here and there.I am very unhappy with this.

Color was exactly like picture, but quality wasn't as great as I thought. It seemed like cheap fabric that might rip with a few heavy books. Hasn't ripped on me yet, but just feels like it's poor quality. The lock that it came with absolutely didn't work at all.

It's garbage. Sleek looking trash.Straps broke after 4 weeks of normal middle school book bag use.

Strap ripped off after 2 months of use. Very disappointed.

Garbage At the end of day 1 both shoulder straps were halfway off and the grab handle came off

UPDATE: I've used this bag for 1 week and there are multiple places already torn. I only use it for one class at a time and this is unacceptable.This is what I wanted. Very comfortable on the shoulders with lots packed in there. No ripping of the straps so far. Simple pockets but work very well! I'm in nursing school and it works great!
