Nothing but vitamins
I've tried this product in the past muscle gain is same with or without this product if your training yes your going to get bigger gains but its down to protein consumption. I've even questioned la muscle about this product after taking and been offered a new batch of products I have never received all they are selling you is the hard work you put in
