Worked with a rm750e
To help future customers this part worked with my rm750e. The color is a slightly different white and unfortunately I couldn’t find one with a white plug. Just so you know the pin out looks different from the original cable but it still works.

Works Like OEM
Compatible with a slightly older model Thermaltake 750W 80+ Gold, working perfect for my RX 6650 XT. - Inexpensive - Solid build quality - Simple installation - Connectors fit nice and snug like OEM - Looks good (all black like the rest of my components)

Research which brands and cable is right for your set up
I just upgraded from the 6800xt to the 9070xt and the psu I have is an 850w thermal take. Fully modular. Power supply that I’ve had for about 4 years now. So needless to say after moving I misplaced my spare cables. So I was short 1 8pin cord for the upgrade. I seen that in the details that this was compatible with the model of my psu, and even though I seen that this cable was frequently returned I figured why not. I’ve done my research. Masterfully done too, as it works! It’s cheap and saved me from spending more money on a new power supply or aftermarket cables. It looks like the original cables that came with my power supply. So it doesn’t mismatch what I already have. To me uniformity is visually appealing. It’s compatible with multiple psu’s so long as you research and read. 10/10

GPU adapter doesn't work on Corsair RM 750x
Like another reviewer mentioned, there is no gap between 2 of the PSU facing connectors on the cable. Making it impossible to fit. Listing description specifically states this cable is compatible with my Corsair RM 750X. The list of incompatible devices on the description gives no indication this cable would be incompatible with my PSU. No wonder why the product page has a is warning label about high return rates on this item. The description misleads people into thinking it is compatible with their power supply, when that is clearly not. This needs to be updated. In theory, you could take a slim hot knife and create the gap where it is needed. But there are 2 problems with that: 1. You will no longer be able to return the item. 2. If the pin layout is different in any other ways, it will not work and could potentially break your PC equipment. The cable sent is also not missing a metal piece in one of the little squares like in the OEM plugs. This shouldn't cause any problems with fit, but depending on the layout of the pins and if this extra pin terminates at the other end, it is difficult to say if this would cause issues assuming the main issue with the gap is fixed.

Works for Corsair HX1500i and Nvidia RTX 3090
I'm using these with Nvidia RTX 3090 GPUs and they are working fine. The PCIe outputs are functionally the same, even though the pins come from different wires than the Corsair HX1500i cables. I used a multimeter and continuity testing to verify, as I didn't want to fry a 3090. Here's the diagram, showing the ground ("G") and +12V pins for both the Corsair and Certusfun cables. Even though they come from different wires, the pinout achieves the same ground and +12V on all the same output pins. Cable thickness is good (looks like 14GA, and not the 16GA of some other cables) and same size as the original Corsair cables. I have no doubt they would deliver adequate current to the GPUs.
