This cup isn't pretty, but it works. Since I started drinking loose-leaf tea a year and a half ago, I've gone through almost a dozen mugs. They break. They leak. They burn my hand. They break. A lot of them break.I overlooked this one for a long time because it's just not visually appealing. But the truth is, after going through so many mugs, I've decided what I really what to do is drink the tea, not look at it!High points:1. Heat-resistant ring makes this easy to grip and safe to hold.2. Infuser basket is solid (not flimsy) and easy to fill to the right level.3. Large size is nice first thing in the morning.4. Low cost. At $10, this is the cheapest mug I've bought.The cup also seems solid, but I won't swear to the durability until I have this darn thing at least six months. But it isn't made of flimsy glass, and it doesn't have a failure point at the bottom like the Tea Forte cups. (Yeah, they're cuter than this one, but they all eventually leak.)Overall, I just have to recommend this cup. Don't judge this book by its cover. :)

The media could not be loaded.  This cup is all I've been looking for except that the lid fits better on the strainer than the actual cup. It's ok if you want something to just leave on top, but it doesn't attatch at all.I love the rubber holder and lid. I don't have to worry about if falling off and breaking.Feels really sturdy and strainer is large enough for small pieces of dried fruit or tea leaves.I would given it 5 stars if the lid would attach to the actual cup. Some may not make a big deal of it, but it keeps bugs out like fruit flies n such.

Overall I’m very satisfied with my Tea Infuser. Very few leaf particles make it through the strainer. It’s easy to clean and I like the overall feel of it in my hand. The downside, I thought the lid would snap on, which would allow me to travel with it. This was the whole reason I bought it in the first place. I’d be able to put my tea in it let it sit and have it ready for me when I got to work.

Great tea cup, very convenient, would definitely recommend. HOWEVER, be careful when cleaning the strainer! The mesh is very fine, which is great for keeping small bits out of the cup, but it also makes it a bit harder to rinse out. I put a couple fingers in to scoop out a bit of tea, and sliced them right open. The inner portion of the strainer has a sharp edge around the top where the mesh meets the solid part... be careful!

This is my new favorite tea cup and way to make my tea. I love this infuser mug!! I have used it with strawberry hazelnut puerh. I put loose tea in the infuser, and place it below my Keurig . After the water is dispensed, I put the rubber top on to hold in heat while it steeps, then I use the topper as a coaster for the infuser when I'm ready to drink my tea. I highly recommend this item. I wish it was a bit less expensive, then is buy another one to use at work! Don't hesitate, this is a great place.

This cup is phenomenal! It doesn't matter how fine your tea is, it will not escape the cup that holds the leaves. I have several tea infusers but most of them do not contain the tea leaves very well, this is not the case with this cup. It is easy to clean and I love the removable "steeping" lid that keeps your beverage warm or doubles as a coaster for your cup. Order this - you wont be disappointed!

Well made and works great. My new daily beverage container solution. I like that the holes in the infuser are small enough to not entrap the tea leaves, making it easier to clean them out than my other infusers. Nice looking too. The rubber grip is easy to hold and definitely needed as the ceramic glass holds heat for a long time. The parts fit together well and it feels like a product that will last a long time.

Bought this as a Christmas present for my dad who loves it. He’s made his morning earl grey in it this week and said it turned out great and stayed warm. Might have to buy one for myself
