Financial Feminist: Overcome the Patriarchy’s Bullsh*t to Master Your Money and Build a Life You Love―A Personal Finance Handbook for Women, Mindful Spending, and Financial Literacy Review: YES, excellent book. Super helpful and insightful about money. - Worth the read, Ladies and any other marginalized group -- This book is for anyone who wants to have a better relationship with money AND YOURSELF! Amazingly thoughtful that she shared this information with us. Review: Shoud Be Required Reading! - Should be required reading for every young woman before she turns 25. Great essential advice that we never get unless we seek it out. Very on point information told in an engaging way, about normally very dry material such as how stock market investing works, how to pay off debt, and how to think about your own desire for wealth in a healthy way. I listened to the audiobook and really enjoyed the authors own narration.

Simple, Actionable — $$ Confidence Booster
if you’re seeking a simple, actionable step-by-step guide to building financial stability, this is it. it’s the first finance book i’ve read (one of many) that provided a clear path forward. though it’s money advice you’ve likely heard, tori’s telling provides CONFIDENCE & clarity, both of which are invaluable. while i appreciated her perspective on uplifting females as a whole, i don’t think that’s where the book shines. for me, the value came from the homework assignments + how succinct & clear the financial advice was. i now know exactly how to move forward — assured i have a PLAN that will take me to where i want to be — something i’ve never been able to confidently devise before due to confusing, conflicting financial advice. thank you, tori! i wish i had this information years ago. i’ll be gifting this book to friends in the spirit of wanting my loved ones (men included!) to feel more confident, secure, & wise when it comes to building financial stability in a doable way.

Great start to financial literacy
A little cringe at times but overall extremely helpful and easy read that I know I can look back at as needed in the future. As someone who grew up in a Dave Ramsey household, this more modern take on finance was very refreshing. I love Tori’s online content and would buy more works from her in the future as well.

Great author awesome book must have
This is an amazing book! It’s really helping me to learn about my money spending and how to save. There’s interactive homework in it which also really helps. I definitely will be reading it again once I’m through.

Amazing read for any woman looking to increase her financial knowledge!
This book was packed full of great information while also being wildly entertaining. Before reading this book I did not know that HYSA existed (Yes really!), this book also taught me a lot about investing, negotiating, saving, and more. I now have a HYSA in place as well as a Roth IRA AND I could confidently explain what both of those are to you. This book also provided me a lot of comfort, the statistics showed me I am doing a lot better than I thought I was. Plus just having someone acknowledge that your income is not 100% up to you really made me breathe a sigh of relief, I can’t tell you how many times I’ve heard someone say “Just work harder” as genuine financial advice. I seriously am so thankful to Tori for writing this and sharing it with us! Long story short every woman I know will be getting this book as a birthday present this year. Thank you Tori!!

Truly a breakthrough book sparing no punches, Must read for women tired of financial BS
This book has truly changed my life. I’ve read many financial books written by men, but only a handful by women. Growing up in a challenging family dynamic with a single mom, I vividly remember sitting at the kitchen table, watching her struggle to pay bills with money we never seemed to have. That memory has woven itself into every aspect of my life, not just finances. This book helped me understand that pattern and, instead of plowing ahead and repeating mistakes, I can now move forward with awareness. I’ve also shed the guilt around spending money on essentials that simply come with being a woman—tampons, razors, makeup, lotion—all the things men rarely think about. She revealed the cost expectations placed on women, especially in professional settings, in a way that felt like a weight lifted. She is incredible. I’m now working toward financial independence with open eyes and a lighter heart. Thank you.

I've read many finance books, including one or two that are mentioned in this one. They were difficult to get through if not for my burning desire to be better with money. At first, I was skeptical: 1) I didn't feel like I needed a feminist financial book, and 2) at 57, I'm a tad older than Tori's target audience of millennials. With humour, compassion and attitude, this book reminded me why I was struggling with finances so that I could take a fresh look at where I was and feel proud of what I have accomplished despite the challenges brought on by history and even current biases. I read the whole thing, then went back, chapter by chapter and began implementing her recommendations. By the end of the book, I expect that I'll be talking to Tori in my head as if she were my best friend. She's real, likable, and fierce. I'd like to thank her parents too, maybe they should write a book on raising financially savvy children/grandchildren. :) Great book.

Bon livre, facile à lire et instructif. J’aurais préféré une couverture souple.

Talking just about the book itself, not about the content: poor print quality, the text is very difficult to see, the pages are transparent
