I swear by this protein. It has all the nutrients you need in a meal replacement. Tastes amazing without that protein after taste. The big size can last you a month to a month and a half depending on how often you use it. So its definitely worth the price. I use it mixed with berries and cashew milk its smooth and smells just like vanilla. You cant go wrong with it.

I've tried several brands of protein powders and found this is the one that fits my needs. I ordered the flavor Vanilla Flex. I purchased the first container from the GNC store at the recommendation of the staff, then found it was less expensive on Amazon. I'm debating about signing up for the monthly subscription to help reduce the cost. Digestive: No digestive upset, no bloating or discomfort in any way. That was my biggest issue with other brands. I had previously tried a regular whey protein powder then a vegan protein powder. I always had the bloating. Flavor: The flavor is good. Not super, but much better than other protein powders. Mixing: I tried mixing with cold water in a plastic cup and fork (so the fork tines would help break up the clumps) and never got it mixed well. I found an inexpensive "protein shaker cup" at the grocery store that has the wire ball and that works great. I've found that if I shake it, then let it sit for a minute or two then shake again, it's almost completely blended.

Best tasting protein shake. I have lactose intolerance and I have no issues with bloating or gas with this product. It mixes and dissolves easily, no weird texture. Easy to use and super effective. Definitely seeing gains!

I'd rather not bore you with the details of the ingredients, they have their own marketing for that I'm sure. I will say however, that I love this stuff. I've been using it ever since I started working out 3 years ago. I've tried other protein supplements on account of the slightly high price, but I can't seem to like anything else. The taste: I always go with 16oz of water and 2 scoops of the protein. PUT THE WATER IN FIRST, THEN ADD THE SCOOPS. If you put the powder in first it will stick to the bottom. Shake the hell out of it and it will taste like a milkshake every time. Results: obviously what works for my body won't work for everyone else. What I can say about my experience in comparison with other supplements I've tried is that I'm sore for a shorter duration when I take this after a workout. No matter how often I work out I'm usually sore for 3-4 days after, with this it's reduced to about 2. Side note: it will fill you up for a short period, this protein is designed to be digested fast, and it does just that. Another side note: the chocolate flavor does have a thicker texture which feels a bit more authentic and I enjoy that a bit more.
