How fast do these work?

They take about 30-45 mins to take effect and I would recommend being in bed before taking them. :) and enjoy your sleep because it’s amazing!

Is it normal to lose taste from taking the sleep gummies?

Hi, just want you to know that I have experienced this as well. I experienced it a couple days ago, but did not make the correlation. I saw this question last night and decided to test it out. I took two last night and, lo and behold, I do not have a sense of taste this morning. I do hope that like myself, I experienced it slowly coming back by the end of the day and your sense of smell remains.

All of our gummies have an 18-month shelf life from their date of production. The expiry date can be found on the bottom of each bottle.

You can get melatonin anywhere, what makes this worth the price?

My fiancé has been having difficulty sleeping. He’s tried several different brands of melatonin some work better than others. This combination seems to work very well for him.!!
