Love the functionality of this product. Filament is retractable. And the piece can be clipped onto bag, in my pocket making it easy to keep up with. I used it extensively- durable and nicely priced. I would purchase again. I highly recommend this product!

The filament piece falls off the device inside very frequently. It's quite irritating when it happens in front of a patient.

Bad quality, when you try pull the filmanen back in, it will sometimes fall off.Honestly I don't recommend this product.Ps. Filament replacement must done in an absurd, complicated way.
