I don't usually give reviews for supplements as a take a quite a few. Many supplements I take, aside from daily multi-vitamins and cod-liver oil which are taken to compensate for our nutrient depleted food sources here in the US, are taken as needed or for a short term purpose. SystemWell is something that, if used daily for maintenance and taken at higher doses at the first sign of sickness will keep you functional and being you best on any given day, while others may be sick around you.I've been purchasing system well for over three years. It is something I try not to be without. If I'm running low, I purchase a new bottle. I have a family of six and I always want them to be their best self everyday. For my teenagers, at the first sign of sickness, I encourage them to take the 3 tablets twice a day to bolster their immune system as they don't eat well not matter how I try to be a good example. System Well never disappoints. At the first dosage symptoms drastically minimize and with every additional dose you feel yourself getting better and better. What you know could have been the agony of a cold, flu or sinus infection, leaves you with minor symptoms and a feeling like you can conquer the world. You can feel this stuff defeating the enemy inside and I speak from my own experience. In my opinion, no antibiotic or doctors can match the turn around and it doesn't destroy your internal ecology like antibiotics and pain medicine.This immune booster as other reviewers have said, is the stuff, the truth.....Don't sleep on this stuff.This is definitely a quality product. It has all of the well known ingredients that are known to conquer illness all combined in one. Its powerful!I try to share with friends when they get ill about this stuff. But some people are so hung up on side effects, their unfamiliar, sometimes ignorant, fear about supplements and I understand, but I always wonder why they aren't concerned about the side effects of the medicine that doctors prescribe. I feel like any item that include ingredients from Gods green earth versus a test tube is always of higher caliber because they were designed for human consumption. Now... don't get me wrong, medicine has its place but let that be the exception, not the rule.Many critical reviewers talk about stomach issues and/or bad taste. As far as taste, yes if kept in the mouth too long before swallowing you will taste it, just like any pill such as aspirin or any supplement that's not coated or capsulized.The taste is like the ingredients in it, yes garlicky, seasoning tastes somewhat. Most know that garlic can be used as natural antibiotic, so its no wonder that taste may be there. These pills are large, kind of like prenatal pills, so you have to get them down as fast as you can with a lot of water if you don't want to experience the bad taste on your tongue. Drinking a lot water is pertinent as you don't want them lodged in your throat or have the taste as it breaks down come back in your mouth or cause chest discomfort or feel like you have acid indigestion. These things will happen if not take properly and with ample amounts of water/liquid.As far as the stomach upsets I have to just say, I've not experience it, but many folks may have queasy stomachs and should take these with a meal (cause this stuff is powerful) or some folks are new to natural food and/or supplement and a lot of time its their first time and they feel some type of stomach discomfort as their body adjusts.I know in the past whenever I tried a new food supplement for the first time, my body reacted with increased bowel movements or cramping in the stomach. But overtime, making sure to add food, lots of water and taking it consistently, my body didn't react the same any more. It got use to this new food or/food supplement. So, I think for many this is the case and they don't give natural foods or products a chance to work its miracles. Now........ everyone's different and some may truly have some allergic, adverse type side effect to the supplement and the only thing I can say to that is sorry, because I hate to say it but your missing out on the benefits of a good product.When I take systemwell once or twice a day in cold season and out, I see how it keeps away sickness even when I'm right in the midst of it. Because they're a bit pricey, for me I used them most often in cold season consistently and of course more when my body feels funny. It never fails! One thing I do notice is that if your ill feeling is due to food or seasonal allergies, it does not work as well on those symptoms. Allergies would require a more specialized supplement. Other than that....I can't say enough about this product. I've been impressed with it even before I bought it and still am after using it several times. I purchased it initially because of all the wonderful reviews I read about it. At the time I wasn't sick or anything, just saw the good reviews and said let me get this stuff and try it out! You should too....especially if you hate doctors office visits......the ones where they tell you to get rest and drink lots of fluid, which is all good, but who wants to pay for that, I mean who doesn't know that they should take it easy and drink water, I want relief and so what else...SystemWell, that's what else.Good Day, God Bless and continue to strive to be your best you every day!

I just wanted to take the time to praise this product. My son gets sick very easily and it has a domino affect on our household. Once he gets a runny nose we are all doomed. He has shown signs of a cold twice and I quickly gave him 2 at the first sign 2 at bedtime and 2 in the morning and all signs of a cold were gone. But this weekend he woke up sick. It hit him over night. I found him laying on the couch shivering with a high fever. His head and body ached plus a burning throat. No appetite and no energy. He didn't want to watch tv or even play on his DS. I thought it's to late to do him any good but I tried anyway. I gave him 3 and a fever and pain reducer. Then for good measure used my thieves oil on the soles of his feet, chest, and spine. This was at 10 am. By 5 pm he was looking so much better. He was finally willing to eat a little. I repeated everything I had done in the morning at bed time. He said he felt fine I told him that I was keeping him home from school just in case that fever came back. In the the morning his skin was cool and he said he felt 100% better and he wanted to go to school. I was so happy to see him feeling perfectly fine like he was never even sick. I still kept him home just in case and had him take 2 and the thieves oil again. But the difference between Sunday morning and Monday morning were absolutely astonishing. This product has earned a lifetime place in our home. Thank you to the makers of this product for making such an amazing product. I was impressed when it thwarted a cold twice and had given 7 of the 90 count bottles to each of my extended family for Christmas. I hope that they give it a try and see for themselves just what this product can do. I told my son I still can't believe how much better you are. He said that he couldn't believe it either.

At first I was just taking one tablet two or three times a day and didn't see too much of a difference. When I started to take 3 tablets twice per day, I had some bad initial skin eruptions, but the bumps I've had under my skin for years started to disappear, something antibiotics could not do. My year old fungal infections in my underarm and groin areas began to lessen as well. My scalp is less itchy too. My lymph nodes aren't as swollen, and the virus that was going around my home bypassed me, which is something that never happens. Embarrassingly, I'll occasionally cook meat and it will sit out for a few hours while I'm working before I finish it all. It usually ends up making me feel a little sick, but this hasn't been happening since I've been taking these. They taste kind of like concentrated Indian food, and they're really hard to swallow. I definitely feel them in my throat for a few minutes after swallowing them. They're tablets, not capsules so they don't slide down easily, and it doesn't help that they're pretty large and hard as a rock. It's like swallowing a cashew whole. But overall, this is an outstanding product!1 year update: Definitely help and make me feel better, but don't completely cure anything it seems... at Ieast for my skin infections. They always help when my lymph nodes are swollen though.

Has all the vitamins, minerals, and herbs to support good respiratory, digestive, circulatory and cellular health. I load up when I feel the itch in the throat or tinge in the sinuses. Recommend to anyone who will listen. I only rate it 4 stars due to how large they are and the initial garlic flavor--though that doesn't bother me.
