Comfy 2 person inflatable hot tub 4 maybe a bit cramped

We purchased thinking it would be a temporary hot tub until we flipped the house but we love it. We set it up on foam garage pads to level it up on our patio. Worked great and very comfortable.

Thus far, everything is functioning as intended. The sole criticism is that it takes a considerable amount of time to reach a suitable temperature. I turned it on when the water was fully heated to 72 degrees Fahrenheit at 2:00 PM. By 9:00 PM, the temperature had risen to 90 degrees Fahrenheit, which is still insufficient for many people. They often perceive 90 degrees as hot until they personally experience it. I decided to leave it on until the following morning, when it reached 102 degrees Fahrenheit, indicating that it was ready. However, when the jets are activated, the temperature drops by approximately two degrees, so it is essential to consider this factor when using the heater. A temperature of 100 degrees is considered ideal. With the cover on, the temperature inside the heater was approximately 80 degrees Fahrenheit when the water temperature was 99 degrees Fahrenheit. I subsequently turned off the heater completely, and the temperature dropped to 91 degrees the following morning. The cover undoubtedly plays a role in retaining the temperature. I intend to use a drop-in heater specifically designed for fish tanks, which can be purchased online through Amazon. Another individual mentioned that this type of heater is highly effective. I will experiment with this option to expedite the heating process. Bubbles are indeed excellent and provide a strong suction. I have placed the hot tub in my gazebo, which also houses a television, and I cannot hear the television sound much. I have also added a Bluetooth speaker and a light to enhance the ambiance. Overall, the setup is quite pleasant. I hope this is the final iteration.

Really like this hot tub. It was a bit difficult for me to put together as there were drawings (no written instructions) only. But we got it done and it is such a comfortable soak. It's a lot bigger than I thought it would be and the bubbles are marvelous. Still have to figure a couple of things out but, so far, it's really great.

The product didn’t work from the day I got it and support is almost impossible to find, and ended up timing out

Great hot tub! I've had it for 3 years now we use it all the time . It makes for nice days even when it snows. The cat jumps on it and doesn't pop it with her claws so the product durability is surprising . I would definitely recommend

The Spa seems very nice, and I did know that the heating does not hold very well, when the jets on on.... For some ODD reason, most say that it drops about 2 degrees, however I dont know if I just have a bad unit , or what but with the run time of the jets being on for 1 cycle of 30 min, Outside temp being around 72* ..... Spa starts out at 104* and Ends at 96* . I have also notice after filling the tub, most say you can expect about 2 degrees per hour to heat up, I filled the tub up around 10pm which brought it down to 90*..... and at 5am the next morning (outside temp 50*) the tub was only at 97*. The tub is also, 1-2 people sized and that is with touching...It maybe big enough for 4 kids, but if you want to have 3 grown adults, you better be okay with touching each other.

Awesome unit! Heats up great! The bubble pressure is wonderful. Money well spent.

J’ai adoré mon spa pendant l’été 2024. Nous avons suivis les indications et l’avons bien lavé et rangé pour l’hiver dans la maison pour ne pas risquer d’endommager le plastique. Au printemps 2025, en le gonflant, nous avons constaté qu’il y avait deux trous et essayer de le réparer un coup gonflé n’est pas évident et les patchs fourni ne fonctionnent juste pas… Nous avons réussi en le dégonflant et en achetant d’autre patchs et avons réussis à profiter du spa 1 mois et maintenant c’est le filtreur… il ne filtre plus, aucune circulation d’eau. Une amie avait acheté ce même spa qui a brisé de la même façon, le filtreur/ pompe! J’ai écris au vendeur mais on m’a simplement répondu que la garantie de 30 jours est passé donc il ne peut rien faire…! Grosse déception pour avoir payer le tout 1000$

I have to admit I was super skeptical about a plug and play hot tub - but let me tell you the only regret I have is waiting this long! Purchased this for my husband for Father’s Day and we have been in it every day since. The jets are far better than I was expecting! The instructions are a little lacking….but we were able to figure it out. I can’t wait to use this through out the summer and into the fall!

The bubbles are lovely. I've only had this 2 days. So far, water is collecting underneath but I can't tell if it is a leak or from our rain. I'm 5'5 and it's the perfect height for me for the bubbles on my back, neck and shoulders. Overall great purchase. The plug length is a little short and limits the positioning greatly.

10/10 LOVE for the summer and fall months. We bought this specifically to bring to our summer house as it’s not winterized in the colder months.
