- i used the measurement in description for order. large size was a good fit as per description and it worked same way for me.- it is comfortable to wear because it is thin and lightweight , knitted fabric is comfortable and stretchable. This makes it tight fit as well- it has some strings on both sides and needs to be hand washed because of that .

This Knee support sleeve has just the right elasticity and compression that your knee needs to recover fast and for the blood to increase circulation to speed up the healing. I hurt my knees a few years ago and ever since when i'm doing any kind of intensive sport i like to wear knee support to protect my knees. i feel that it really makes a big difference when i use it and i don't. The only downside about this knee support is that you have to hand wash it due to the strings on both sides. I rather throw it in the washer.

Maybe I'm just finicky, but I like my compression sleeves to have tight support, and not just a caress feeling like wearing a sock. I mean, the reason you would wear a sleeve is because you need the support - you're not wearing it just for the aesthetics of looking cool. I don't think it got one size too big, as it fits on me fine. It's just that once I start moving, I don't feel the support. I don't think these are bad sleeves (you get a pair of two), I just don't think they are good enough for me, considering its high price. Maybe if they were copper-infused, then I would feel that it's justified. If you want something with good ventilation, these might be good for you, as the material is very thin and light, almost like a pantyhose. Otherwise, get something thicker and sturdier for more support.

I have been suffering from runners knee and wanted to try a compression sleeve to see if it would alleviate some of the pain. The good news is, it does! However, my complaint is I measured as instructed and was just shy of 20", so I went with the XL. The XL is a little small and the top keeps rolling down (its annoying when you are running because you have to stop to unroll the top). If you are on the boarder between two sizes, I strongly recommend going up a size.
