Well I never write a review but I feel I have too on thisMy son was so looking forward to having this but after 1 day it’s stopped working , we tried everything to fix it but nothing would work , the balls would Jam and glog it up and there was no way of stopping itI returned item no problem though but very disappointed and for that cost you don’t expect to stop working after a day !!

The media could not be loaded. This gel blaster pistol feels good when holding it and it's lightweight. As soon as you open the box you will see the pistol, 3 different sized magazines, safety glasses, 2 batteries, 1 charger, lots of gel balls, a flashlight attachment and a scope attachment.You will need to install the flashlight attachment first (this is where the battery goes). You will unscrew the plastic lid, insert the battery and then close it again. There is a safety mechanism on the right hand side that blocks the trigger (you can still press it but it won't shoot). The batteries are pre-charged (not fully) but enough for you to test the gun. You can also install the scope on top but there is no glass on something in it so I didn't even try.It's time to prepare the gel balls. Open one of the packs and soak them in water for about 4 hours. When they're ready you can load the magazine (there is a small "door" from the back that will help you to load it faster. You are good to go now.The fire rate is quite good but a lot of times the pistol misfires. If that happens turn it upside down (for the balls to reach the gun faster) and you're ready to fire again.Overall is a good product, made out of cheap plastic but fun to use. I would say it's a bit overpriced for what you get but still a decent gel blaster.

this product at first was fun it jamed a lot and was rubbish broke in two days the motor gave up . Do not recommend this product

The media could not be loaded. I have now tried three of these guns the first two were the supposed upgraded ones. Don't know how you can upgrade it when the original one does exactly the same. They do not shoot unless held upside down all three of them suffer the same problem so I would not bother spending the money. I went for a cheep an cheerful one that cost me £21 on eBay and it works perfectly has done for weeks. DONT waste ya money.

When shooting i had to flip the gun upside down so it would shoot the balls out, i don’t know if this is because the magazine wasn’t pushing the gel balls up or not…
