Nexcare Strong Hold Pain-Free Removal Tape

I was nervous trying mouth tape for the first time. Would I actually be able to breathe through my nose all night? Would it irritate my skin? And honestly, how much of a hassle would it be to tear pieces off the roll? Happy to say—none of that was an issue. The tape tears easily by hand. No scissors needed, which matters when you're half-asleep and just want to get it on and pass out. I just pulled off a strip, pressed it on, and went to sleep. Stayed on all night. Didn't peel off or curl up. When I woke up, it was still firmly in place. And when I peeled it off—no irritation, no redness, no sticky residue left behind. I have sensitive skin, so this was my biggest worry going in. It's thick enough to feel durable, but not bulky. Honestly, I barely noticed it was there. Just did its job and stayed out of the way. I used it for a month straight and would definitely buy it again.. If you're trying mouth tape for the first time and nervous about it, this is a solid, gentle option.

I was a little nervous about taping my mouth for sleep (long-time mouth breather and part-time snorer), but I was looking for a way to train myself to sleep with my mouth closed and hopefully avoid the occasional snore. I originally ordered a sample pack of “mouth tape” strips, but after looking into the cost of using them long-term, I realized they probably weren’t going to be the most cost-effective option for me. While I was waiting for them to arrive, I decided to give Nexcare tape a try and I have to say, I’m already sold on using it as my go-to mouth tape. It feels lightweight and comfortable, doesn’t leave any residue on my lips, and is really easy to peel off in the morning. Like others have mentioned, it also stays put! No lifting, curling, or coming off throughout the night. So far, I’m really happy I gave it a try.

Works well even with moisture areas, easy to take off too and does not pull on the skin.

This is the first tape I’ve used for taping my mouth at night and it worked well! I noticed my sleep was much better and felt deeper than usual and I woke up feeling more restored. Sometimes I struggle with staying asleep or getting out of bed and this in combination with other things was a great addition to my nighttime routine. It doesn’t leave residue on my face as far as I’m concerned. That being said, if you moisturize before using this, it will not stick. Also, if you spray tan or have any on your face, it’ll take that baby right off in the morning. So keep that in mind in case you don’t want to end up with a pale rectangular patch on your face. It feels gentle enough to be on the skin without being flimsy.

This is the best mouth tape I’ve found yet. I have been tested for Sjogren’s, for my extremely dry mouth. Came with my sleep apnea diagnosis. I truly thought it was a medical problem. I tried other mouth tape products but somehow I found them to not cover from corner to corner of my mouth, allowing air to still get in, and out. I can make this the length I need (plus more) and I’ll be darn! I’m finding my mouth stays moist, I don’t wake up several times to grab my water glass, due to dryness. I’m sleeping longer too. This truly has changed my life! It does tug a bit to remove in morning but so worth it. Indicates its strength.

Great tape. Works well in areas that are difficult to tape and it’s easy to remove without pain.

Good product but so strong that it's hurting taking it off

easy to put on and peel off and reposition, but does not stick well if area is not completely clean and hairless

Use as mouth tape. It works. Stays on all night if I don’t use Lionel and if I moisturize at least 30 minutes prio. P
