Perfect for mouth tape. I’ve tried more expensive things off Amazon that are specifically made for mouth taping but this tape works the best. Adhesive is strong but also comes off easy without irritation.

great tape. My wife has sensitive skin and this is one of the few tapes that does not irritate the skin. She uses it every day to help secure PD medication tubing. It sticks very well and does not irritate the skin.

This is the best mouth tape I’ve found yet. I have been tested for Sjogren’s, for my extremely dry mouth. Came with my sleep apnea diagnosis. I truly thought it was a medical problem. I tried other mouth tape products but somehow I found them to not cover from corner to corner of my mouth, allowing air to still get in, and out. I can make this the length I need (plus more) and I’ll be darn! I’m finding my mouth stays moist, I don’t wake up several times to grab my water glass, due to dryness. I’m sleeping longer too. This truly has changed my life! It does tug a bit to remove in morning but so worth it. Indicates its strength.

Great product for adhering to buy not irritating skin.

I use the Nexcare tape for nighttime mouth taping and it seems to work rather well! It has medium to strong hold and is pain-free when being removed. I do notice that if your skin has any moisturizer, serums, or similar products on, it will not adhere to the skin so it is important to keep the area dry before applying the tape. It is silicone based, not latex. I wear this tape nightly and have found that it doesn't slip, even through regular tossing and turning. As mentioned, I use this tape for mouth-taping. Considering the mouth is a highly mobile area, I am impressed that the Nexcare tape does not lose it's adhesion or hold over 8 hours. This product offers 4 yards of tape and it seems to last quite a while for what I use it for. The tape is not meant to be ripped so it needs to be cut. It is easy to cut, so there is a lot of freedom regarding the size and shape of tape for your needs. I have extremely sensitive skin and this tape does not aggravate the delicate skin around my mouth. There is no residue left behind after using this tape and I have never had my skin turn remotely red in any capacity. This is a huge bonus as I am very careful with the health of my skin. Not only is there no residue left behind on my skin after using the Nexcare Strong Hold Tape, but there is no 'bandage line' going around the perimeter of where the tape used to be. It's as if it were never there in the first place! I'd highly recommend this to anyone with sensitive skin who wants pain-free bandage removal every time.

I purchased based on reviews saying it was suitable as mouth tape and that it worked on facial hair and had good adherence. Those folks had a lot more luck than I did. For one thing, I have fuller lips and the width of this barely covered them. It does hold my lips closed where they are covered but if you are on CPAP it can still blow out on the sides unless your mouth is fully covered--and it started to come loose within a couple of hours. I really was hoping this would work because the dedicated mouth tapes are prohibitively expensive, but this isn't really an adequate replacement.

Works as advertised and is gentle on skin.
