Tablets dissolve easily in the mouth and have almost no taste, which makes them very easy to take. The 25 mg dosage is ideal, allowing my spouse to take it three times per day as her doctor suggested. With consistent use, her hormone levels improved, confirmed by blood tests. We monitor DHEA-S every 4–8 weeks, which I strongly recommend when using DHEA. She started it based on advice from It Starts With the Egg due to severe DOR, and we are currently on our IVF journey using DHEA to support response to medications. I've been taking these for a while. I'm perimenopausal and can't afford HRT, so I've been using these. A few weeks ago, I ran out and couldn't replace them immediately, so I went a little over a week without them. I could tell a HUGE difference. Bought these Life Extension DHEA capsules for my girlfriend, and let me just say… I may have created competition for myself. She loves them. She’s got energy, she’s in a great mood, and somehow manages to get more done before noon than I do all week. Suspicious. I have used other brands of DHEA, but they are nothing like this, this is the best. The dissovable tablets work the best and like the 25 mg strength. Will definitely purchase again.
