Even Better than the X2
For years I used laser rangefinders to get my distances on the course, but a couple years ago I decided to try out a GPS watch for the first time. My rangefinder was one more thing for me to lug around while playing, and ultimately one more thing for me to lose (I've lost 3!). So I searched around and came across the Lofthouse ProNav X2. I bought one and a couple rounds in I was leaving my rangefinder at home for good. The X2 was great, but my only complaint was the look and size. When Lofthouse released the X3 earlier this year I couldn't wait to get my hands on one. It looked smaller and much better looking than the X2. As long as it performed the same I'd be thrilled. Having played 2 rounds now with the X3, I can confidently say it blows away the X2. Not only is it smaller and better looking, it has some great new features like the ability to save custom yardage points. For any golfer looking for a well-priced GPS watch that competes with any watch on the market, I recommend going for the ProNav X3.

Very nice
This replaces a Garmin, which I put up with for years. Obviously, this is a Chinese brand, but it turned out to be a very nice watch. Pluses are very long battery life - it's actually hard to kill this battery. Clear numbers - easily read on the course. Weaknesses include it's relatively large size and weak GPS. The GPS chip is different than the Garmin, and can take several minutes to orient itself. Once oriented, it does hold it's location fine and accurately indicates yardage. For my purposes, it was a good buy and a keeper...

Great product if auto feature works
This GPS watch is very comfortable to wear and accurately gives distances to front, middle and back of greens. I couldn't get the automatic course finder feature to work and it was time consuming to find my course manually. The seller was sympathetic and offered to either replace my watch or refund my purchase. I decided on a refund. I have since purchased a Callaway Gypsy which works fine, but is not nearly as attractive as the X3. Had I not had my issue I would rate this 5 stars.

Surprisingly great for the price
The middle of the green yardage is spot on with most of my home course fairway markers. And no more than two yards off on any of them. Course locator GPS works great...might take two or three minutes to locate the course on a cloudy day, but then holds the signal throughout the round. Keeping score on the watch is easy enough, but I prefer to keep it on a scorecard and then hands off the watch as it automatically progresses with me from hole to hole. There are some features of this watch I haven't utilized (e.g. hazard yardage, scorecard and shot distance) partially because I have yet to see any clear instructions on how to navigate to these functions.

Great Value
Excellent GPS for the price. I use it exclusively for yardage. The other bells and whistles that are on this watch do not interest me. I have found the yardage to be as accurate as other, more expensive GPS rangefinders (both watch and handheld) that my playing partners use. I have found it as comfortable to wear as my wrist watch. Overall, very happy with the purchase.

The band broke
I liked the watch, I thought the distance to the hole was good. I wore the watch everyday. The only thing that bothers me is that the band broke and I don't know how to contact the company to see if there is a fix for the band? I bought the watch March 29th 2019, it comes with a one year warranty , so it lasted a little over the year.

Easy to use. Just lift your wrist and look at it. It gives front, middle, and back of green.
Works great. Sometimes it takes a little long to find a gps signal. I turn it on while on the practice tee or putting green so by the time we are teeing off it's ready. If you wait it might take the second hole but other than that works great. My friends have one that cost twice as much and mine is just as accurate. Also alot better than hand held ones. I shake to much to get an accurate with it. With the watch type no worries. Great product. Very happy.

company does not honor their warrantee policy
Band fell off watch, I crazy glued it back on, then found out it was still under warrantee. Haggled with them for 2 months, finally was advised to return the watch for inspection. Next thing I knew they changed their IP address so I was unable to contact them. They still have my watch plus the $95.99 dollars I paid for the golf watch. I have made contact with the Atlanta Police Dept to see what legal action I can take. As far as I am concerned it is a larceny being they have the watch and the money. Think twice before dealing with them.RAGMichigan
