Volume button not working
The volume button of the remote is not working,when I call amazon fire stick customer care they said it was purchased from third party company hence they can not help us. Overall remote is good only volume button not working

Review after 3 days- Remote started working after placing the batteries. Although it is bit lagging if not used for 15 to 20 minutes. But Ok. Plastic quality can beimproved. Easy to fit. Connectivity is good. Will provide updated review after long term.

Volume key is not working properly
Hi, we have ordered a remote and it's volume key was not working properly so we replaced that but the another remote which we have received it's volume key also have the same issue. Kindly suggest us what to do?

NEVER BUY . This is cheap local product which donโt survive for 2 months also. Itโs better buy the branded once with warranty . I have uploaded the pics to prove the quality.
