Q: What's one thing you wish you knew before you bought it?

That the thermometer will not work on food items that are at or below 35 degrees F (~1.5 C). It will flash on and off telling you the probe needs to be inserted. If you want to cook right out of the freezer or fridge, you need to let the food warm up a bit before trying to use temperature control. This should be something they put in the manual. But they do not. Other than that, love everything else about it.

Q: Can you use other bake pans or Corning ware to bake in this?

Corning ware should only be put in a pre-heated oven. Doing otherwise could cause it to break.

Q: How large of a whole chicken can be air fried?

You can get away with a standard size frier chicken. You should spatchcock it though. Otherwise it just doesn’t cook right..

Does not work in UAE

This Ninja Grill does nto work int he UAE. Be very careful. It runs on 110v USA power source and the UAE and most fo the world is 240v. The seller should not be shipping it to the UAE.

Broke after 1 month

Item worked for a little over one month then broke for no reason. Shows E7 in display and doesn’t function: Seller refused to repair, replace or refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER! Unless you folding mind losing a large amount of money on faulty items.

Dangerous!

If you live in the UAE, beware. UAE power supply is 240v. This is the US version of the grill, which runs on 120v. Without a transformer, it’s dangerous: but the seller won’t tell you that unless you ask.
