Zero stars if I could. Product was rancid and unusable. I contacted the manufacturer who gave me a song and dance and declined my offer to send it back to prove how foul it was so I could get my money back. This was my fourth or fifth bag-the first two bags were fine which is why I ordered more- but the next three were rotted.

I'm so happy I found this product. FINALLY there's an organic fiber formulated for daily use that does not have all the artificial flavors, sugar and additives. The whole point of taking a fiber daily is to help detoxify our bodies, not add toxins to them. And the best part is that it works without cramps or discomfort. Love this!

I really want to improve my gut health as it is a huge topic of discussion just about everywhere when people are talking about health issues. One of the top answers had been in relation to taking better care of your entire digestive system as a starting point. So, this product seemed like a good start. I opened my package and have been reluctant to try it because it looked like sand to me. But, I set aside that reaction and decided to "suck it up, buttercup" this morning and try to suck it down quickly in a glass of cold water. Not the smartest way to start this journey, honestly, but its not because of the fiber blend. It would definitely be easier going down in another type of liquid so I would highly recommend using it in a smoothie if you're able since the texture of that would work well together with the small grains in the fiber mixture. I don't like to typically drink any kind of juices with a chunky substance in it as my reflexes are not used to that so I will need to put it in almond milk, smoothies or something thicker to help me through it. Again, it is not the fiber blends fault. In all fairness, it didn't taste that bad for fiber in cold water, it was just a really difficult thing to drink like that. I was just going for it and had to start somewhere! This was my first experience with a fiber based drink solution of any kind so, my expectations were relatively low. But, after this initial trial day, I know what to expect and can prepare accordingly. I don't yet know much about Florasaphy as a company. I read the product is not FDA approved, but I honestly feel that means very little nowadays. I love that they are labeled Certified Organic, there is no soy, gluten, nuts, eggs or dairy for anyone with those sensitivities which was also not a concern of mine. Although at first glance I didnt like the appearance of the blend, I realized that everything I am seeing inside this product is what looks exactly like what a compilation of several ground up healthy and needed grains should look like in order to help your body do what it needs to do with less stress in your digestive track because it is already broken down for you. Remember being told as a child that you're supposed to chew your food so many times before you swallow it? How many of us ACTUALLY do that? I sure don't! So I know that even if I am eating healthy all the time, (I'm not), getting a ton of fiber into my system won't necessarily get as far if I'm not also helping destress my digestive system by doing the work I should be doing to help it along with simply chewing my food ad I should. This fiber blend makes me feel like they did that for me. I don't have to swallow some ungodly large pill or chew a billion times to help my digestive system. I just have to take a tablespoon, mix it into some drink I enjoy drinking and drink it. It will do the rest. I didn't have any negative issues with drinking this. No nasty or gross side effects, no burping it back up, nothing. I have hope to see positive results from this product and company. I was offered to try this free and the fact that they put themselves out there to give people an opportunity to try it and then allow us to review it tells me they believe in their product and its ability to help people. They don't make a profit off of people like me unless it actually does what they claim and our reviews reflect that. As an added bonus, there are others who have already been using it and are seeing positive results so it just further tells me in my GUT, (yea, I went there) I'm on the right path in my health journey. Four stars because I only just started so I am not able to honestly give 5 stars until I'm further along with the product.

My last two shipments contained no dehydration packets and as a result they had many solid lumps that my fingers couldn’t smash. Needed a large spoon. Even when mixed in the liquid and stirred the lumps wouldn’t dissolve. I’m very disappointed. I’m looking for another product to substitute for Florasophy.

I was pleasantly surprised at the impact this supplement has had on my overall health. I have minimal side effects from my medication as a result of the work this supplement does to clear out excess estrogen and control my blood sugar levels. Very happy with this addition to my daily diet.
