Beautiful field guide
I’m a country girl at heart and I love old tractors and farming equipment….I’m fascinated with pretty much anything considered an “antique”. Most of my ancestors from as far back as I’ve been able to track made their livelihood through farming. I very much appreciate the beauty in these classic machines that were solidly built to last for decades. The saying “they don’t make ‘em like that anymore” certainly holds true with these machines. This is a beautifully-done field guide of popular classic farm tractors and includes both domestic and foreign machines that span the years from 1900 to 1970. There are over 400 models represented within this guide, and each model includes a gorgeous full-color photograph, technical specifications, and a brief history. I recommend this guide to anyone who appreciates antiques and classic machinery or whose livelihood, or ancestry, includes farming.
