The Clips are good enough to hold the hair but the packing was too poor. One clip was broken. And the pacaking had no box for safety of the product.

Clip quality is really very good. You won't find it on road side shops. It's very steady and strong.. good for thick and long hair. Size is big so don't buy if you have thin hair.

Broken product received
The product that was received was broken, so our money went to waste. At least we should be given refund for the product. We can understand that it is non refundable thus the product should have been handled with care.Therefore, our request is to at least refund the money and take back the broken product.
