Do these have a seal you can put on under the cap after you fill them?

No..I ordered the smugg juggs and that came with some seals and I put it on it...it worked great, but you can also order seals separately.

Question 2

Is Smugglemug.com (or anything similar)printed on the bottle anywhere?  I can't see the back of the bottles.  The other bottles being sold on Amazon actually say boozecruisebuddy.com on the back.  That's a dead give-away.

I think it does say "Shampbooze", I'll have to check at home.  But I didn't have any problem on the ship or at a water park that only allows bottled water.  They actually did go through my suitcase and take a bottle of wine out (you don't get it back until you pay the corkage fee), so I know they looked.  You could opt to have it your carry on that only goes through the screening, not the actual bag check.  The sunscreen tubes definitely say "fun in the sun" or something like that, but again no issues.

What is the worst thing that happens if you are caught trying to sneak booze onto a cruise ship?

According to the info on the cruise-line website they just confiscate the booze.  However these bottles work great! I would be surprised if you got busted using them.

Question 4

If I were to pack in toiletries as others have spoke of in my carry on, what odds is there of being caught

Well first of all they are to big for carry on the are 16 oz bottles. They way I packed them was in check on bags and put them in Gal baggies with bath soap, bug spray and hot sauce so when they ask if I had alcohol I said no just shampoo, conditioner, bug spray, hot sauce they looked and sent me on my way. Hope this helps
