(Please note that for these bracelets, each hand-collected stone is unique. Variations in each stone's individual pattern, shape, and color should be expected.) The stones and sand in this handcrafted bracelet have been collected directly from Lake Michigan by the artist, and set in a 7/8" wide pendant tray. Care was taken to showcase the materials as they appear when found, and the piece has been glazed to appear wet, as if waves were lapping over it. The bracelet measures approximately 7.375 inches (7 3/8 inches) long, and is made with chain large enough to clip small charms on. The Petoskey Stone is Michigan's state stone, and the remnants of an ancient hexagonal coral that lived hundreds of millions of years ago. Leland blue is the remnants of an industrial foundry glass, dumped into Lake Michigan in the 1800's as a waste product, but made beautiful and collectible over time.
