This is a seasoning for soups and sauces. I don't know about any power level. You add it to you taste, like salt or pepper.

The bag has a ziplock?

No. The bag does not have a ziplock. It’s in a foiled bag similar to the bags coffee comes in.

It contains vegetable extracts as far as I can ascertain. But I don’t think a rabbi has intervened religiously? They are Eastern European seasonings maybe Polish.

I saw a youtuber using vegeta real gourmet stock powder, and it was from australia and gluten free, but this product doesn't look gf, is it? thanks.
