So good, I only buy this brand of soy sauce and don't get the cheaper stuff anymore, it really has that "umami" flavor.

While the price point might scare off some buyers, you get what you pay for here. Both the temari and soy sauce are extremely high quality and will outclass nearly any grocery store brand. While you would likely be able to find some comparable options at a specialty store, the Momofuku brand is widely available, reliable, and transparent in their production. A great buy for anyone looking to upgrade some of their pantry essentials.

Until you try Momufuku's restaurant-quality soy sauce, you may find it hard to imagine that such a humble ingredient can make so much difference to your food. Trust me - even with supermarket sushi, the flavor boost is amazing!It's expensive, but (so far) worth it. I'd give 4.5 stars on value for money right now if the system allowed. Waiting to see how the quality holds up over time because our two-person household will not use soy sauce at the rate it would be used in an Asian restaurant. If it's good to the last drop, I'll update with 5 stars across the board.

It different. Lighter and sweeter than Kikkoman. It’s also way more expensive. I don’t use it for cooking, more a dipping sauce.

I never had an opinion on soy sauce until I tried this. It is great very good. I won't use another

For the money I can't tell any difference in these than the ones I buy at the grocery store. I still gave them a mid-rating because they're good but in my opinion not worth the higher price.
