This item is pretty durable. I don’t believe the glass portion could be easily replaced.

Q: where do i buy the filters?

These have a wire mesh in them that act as the filter. They never need replacing.

Q: Can this be used on the stove?

I would not recommend it. It is not designed for stove top use.
