This is a fabulous item. So easy to wear and instantly cooling and soothing. Relaxes you too. Healing begins and continues while you have it on. Excellent for any type of headache, face ache or migraine. I would definitely recommend this.

Generally pretty good, nice firm comfort, but doesn’t stay cold for as long as I’d like and it would be nice if it was all gel, not just the front. But definitely helped with migraines

It's half a cold cap with the other half elastic to hold on your head. Disappointed.

I like the gel design being in one rather than individual bubbles like previous hats I've had but only having gel in the front is annoying. I'd prefer to have the coolness around my whole head and find it slips off easily. A decent migraine hat but not the best

Great, I can recommend this product.It helped me to ease my headache-pain.I always keep it in the refrigerator (not in the freezer).Very comfortable to wear. After the first order, I ordered a second one,because it really helped me a lot and unfortunately good products often disappear from the market.I would not recommend sleeping with it. The cooling is estimated to last for half an hour.A little pity I find only that the upper area is not also covered with cooling gel,because my headaches are often in the upper part of the head. And only the half of the cap is filled with cooling-gel, the other half is only fabric. (You can see that on the image)

Testé qu avec le froid calme les maux de tête. Un seul bémol pas de mode d'emploi avec l'article. Mais pour un froid plus long passe au congel

Meglio tenerla in casa.
