I’ve had this air purifier for about three years now, and I’m honestly still so impressed with it. It has been running consistently and has not skipped a beat. For something at this price point, the performance has been amazing over time. It is super quiet, which I love. I can leave it on all day and night without even noticing it. The biggest difference has been with dust and pet dander. I have dogs, and this has made a noticeable improvement in how clean the air feels. I do not wake up feeling stuffy anymore, and there is definitely less dust around overall. The filter is easy to replace, and when you take it out, you can actually see how much it has been catching, which really shows it is doing its job. I also appreciate how simple it is to use. No complicated setup, just plug it in and it works. After three years of use, I can confidently say this was a great purchase. It is reliable, effective, and a great value. Works great however, Fan speed button doesn't respond well, also, it's a bit high pitch loud until you notch it up a speed to drowned out the noise. It would have got 5 stars if not for those two things. I've only had it a week, well see how long it lasts. Would I recommend this product? Yes & no, if you don't mind the noise at Low speed and don't mind struggling with the touch buttons, SURE! no problem. It's not the $150 dollar models so, You get what you pay for I suppose.

[Update:} After using my purifier for 3 months, it started acting strangely: its sensor kept jumping from low numbers (meaning the air in my apartment was fairly clean) to high numbers (meaning the air wasn't clean). At one point it jumped from two digits to three digits, then all the way up to 395! And nothing had changed in my apartment. (I should note here than when you do things like cooking or open the window, the numbers will change, so expect it; but then it should settle down again.) I contacted customer service and they were as wonderful as the purifier normally was. First, they constantly replied with an hour or two, just about every time I contacted them. Second, they were so friendly and courteous. Third (which maybe should be first), they walked me through every solution until we found just the right one. And now my purifier is working perfectly again. So this is the one to get, both for the quality of the purifier itself and for the terrific customer service which supports it every step of the way. P.S. - I read a review where one person said it was hard to turn on. Not so. They must have pushed the power button hard, and it doesn't respond that way. Actually you just have to touch it light as a feather and it's on. Terrific! I moved into an apartment where, for various reasons, I had to keep the windows shut most of the time. And I started having sneezing sessions, about 4 to 5 times a day. Not just two sneezes at a time but five explosive ones, one right after the other. So I knew I had to get an air filter. I picked this one based on reviews and it's been one of the very best purchases I've ever made. It's trim, easy to use and does a fantastic job. As one example, I cooked a frozen pizza last night: preheated the oven, smelled some burnt residue in the oven, quickly shoved the pizza in, and when it was done, pulled the pizza out. My purifier, which had been in normal low mode (meaning the air was pretty good at that point) instantly zoomed into high speed, and then into even higher speed, and remained there for about five minutes. Until it gradually lowered back down to low mode again. It was a solid distance away from the oven, yet it sensed the whiff of bad air coming from it and immediately neutralized it. So I can't recommend this purifier highly enough. It's not heavy to move around, it's fairly quiet when operating (except when "called into action") and so worth the money. I should also add that it's very easy to maintain. You just pull the back panel out (piece of cake), pull out the filter (ditto), wipe it with a soft cloth once a week and put it back in. And oh yeah: my sneezing sessions are no more.

Get this. It works. Breathe better. A change in air quality triggers the fan to work harder. As the air quality improves, the fan slows down. I keep it running 24-7 on auto mode. I have 2 cats. I leave the device a few feet from the litter box closet in my living room and it handles smells and dust effectively. This is not a substitute for scrubbing litter boxes, replacing them every few months, and scooping every day. Just getting that out there bc some people are gross and subject their pets to a terrible situation and expect this device to cover stenches in their home. This doesn't substitute cleaning your house properly. I took 2 stars off because the filters are expensive and makes owning this cost prohibitive. They're not washable either. It's a very worthwhile product but a washable filter option would have been gold. I get 2 months out of 1 filter. A 4 pack is about 40 dollars. I keep my purifier on the floor because particles settle on the ground. Lightning a candle across the living room or cooking in the kitchen 300 feet away triggers the purifier to run higher. Yes the purifier is loud when the air is dirty. It uses a strong fan to capture dirty air and blows out clean air. You need to be realistic. Machines make noise. On auto regular low particle mode, it blends in fine as background noise. I see people's pictures here and they aren't using their purifiers correctly or haven't read the instructions. The air intake is on the side of the device. People are blocking that intake by putting it up against the wall. How is air going to be clean when the intake is blocked? I doubt those reviews are accurate since the purifier isn't set up correctly. Waste of a good machine. Air purifiers should be near where you breathe and ideally in the center of the room. Most of us can't do that. But at least have the purifier facing the right way.... No, particles don't float. Heavy dirty particles in the air fall to the ground.

With the addition of a family pet, I searched for an air purifier to help ensure smells and dander were kept to a minimum. Many available units on Amazon had mixed reviews, but I eventually settled on trying this one. I was very pleased with the performance and I ordered a second one for the other level of my home. BUILT WELL: The frame of the unit is lightweight, but still solid and built well. The filters are very easy to change and firmly secured behind a cover that is easy to remove and reattach. The controls work well and are easy to operate. QUIET: The fan has three speeds. If you are going to be in the same room with it, it is a little louder than you will want on its highest setting. The medium setting is fairly quiet, and the lower setting is very quiet—barely even noticeable from across the room. CLEANER AIR: It cleans the air well. There is definitely a difference. Smells are reduced or eliminated, and we have noticed being able to breathe better. I would definitely recommend this purifier for those with allergies or asthma. PRODUCT SUPPORT: I had a small issue with one of units that I bought and I contacted the seller. They promptly returned my message and the issue was fully resolved quickly. They clearly stand by their product and want customers to be satisfied. TLDR SUMMARY: It works well, it is not loud, and it comes from a company that values customer service. I recommend it.

it is a great machine, noisy (but with the smooth sound of a fan), only at the highest level, and works great on auto mode my office is an 8x10, and it smells great also I added some scent oils, it is a super Fresh smelly office. it stopped working, it made a huge noise then sounded like something fell off inside the machine!

Do not buy if you're in the UK, it's not compatible with our circuits. Why they ship to the UK is beyond me, oh well serves me right for not double checking I suppose.

UPDATE: The company has reached out to me and offered us 5 free filters. Their customer service has been nothing short of perfect and they’re so kind. I’ve thought a lot about it and since having the air purifier, our family has been sick minimal times compared to this time last year (with a 2.5 year old in daycare!). I gotta think that’s from breathing cleaner air! So glad the company reached out to help when we were dissatisfied :) I bought this the end of 2023, and have already had to replace the very expensive filters twice. I’m just finding it hard to believe my air quality is THAT poor. I also feel I haven’t noticed a single difference in my air quality since using this anyways. Also, the area that you’re suppose to be able to lift to put essential oils in - I opened it and put essential oil in and it won’t click back into place no matter what I do. I have to use a piece of tape to keep the lid down. I’d say that overall I’m not happy with the purchase: I certainly wouldn’t purchase it again.
