Weather proofing.....seals leakages....need to wait n see for performance
To stop leakages in the corners and door closures in the balcony. Useful.

No pressing devices with the hard tube.
First it is not Clear (Transparent) as stated in description, it is translucent. Secondly, it does not flow out of the tube through the nozzle with hand pressure on the tube. Amazon when contacted today said the Company had said it was a refill without a pressing device. No solution as how to get a pressing device though the photos and videos of the product shows one such device. Don't know how I take out the sealant from tube !

Its ok.
Its easy (and only possible) to apply with a gun. However, it is not suited to areas that require regular cleaning i.e. bathrooms etc. With cleaning products and scrubbing the silicone sealant will come off. If you require it for doors, windows etc., it will work well.
