How to return a product that is missing pieces?

Amazon returns are easy, just find your order and follow the screen instructions. Return everything that is wrong with your order. I personally have not had a problem with A1c products for pump screen savers

Is the actual protector a yellowish color? I can't see the screen out in the daylight or am I doing it wrong?

The yellowish color is the other side of the screen protector that you have to remove. The screen protector itself is actually really clear. But it's two parts that you have to remove one side is clear and that's the part that sticks to the insulin pump itself The other side is like a protector for the protector that you have to remove is two of them on each side is one on one side and one on the other

Need the measurement of the actual Protective Film? Package dimensions are useless in my opinion. Akin to having someone's weight but not their height

The actual dimensions of the screen protector are 1 3/16 Wide X 1 5/8 Long. This is for Medtronic 770/780 G insulin pump screens.
