Excellent product. My husband and I have been taking these fruit and veggie capsules for years and it is much cheaper (for the same thing) as balance of nature.

Vitamins increase my energy

Has anyone else found that when you reach the end of your bottles there are only 2 capsules left in both the fruit and vegetable? I have used this product for almost 6 months and each time when I reach the end of the bottle there are only 2 capsules left. With a count of 90 capsules there should be 3 left in each bottle not 2. I love being able to take my fruits and vegetables in a capsule as I do not eat many in my food daily.

I have tried several similar products like this one & feel that Superfood MD is the best. Price, quality & effectiveness is how I rate a product. It is much more affordable to buy than other brands on the market. It offers a large number of fruits/veggies in each serving, more than some brands. With 3 capsules of each, it is very easy to take on a daily basis. Some brands have multiple servings per day but Superfood MD is only once & your done. What I also noticed, especially with the fruits, is a sweet smell in the jar. As far as my energy level goes, I feel an improvement. As far as my health goes, I feel this supplement will strengthen your immune system, considering the large array of fruits and vegetables in each capsule. I will definitely buy it again.

Not as good as Balance of Nature.

These Fruits and Veggies are great products. They are all natural fruits and vegetables, no fillers, grown and processed in the USA. The price is fantastic, compared to the name brand products. I've been taking these daily for about 2 months. I have noticed increased energy, better mental clarity, more regulated digestion and lower blood pressure. This is an easy way to get the recommended daily amount of fruits and vegetables that most of us do not get from food. They have a slight fruity taste and vegetable taste at first, but it's gone after swallowing. The only con is the size of the capsules can be hard for some of us to swallow and might need to taken one at a time to take all 6 capsules.

Great easy to take product

Effective supplement, easy to swallow. Smells like vegetables and fruits! There are occasionally empty or cracked capsules in the bottle.
