Used to using Circulon pans, but thought I'd give Hexclad a go. Using the pans properly they are 100% non stick, heat up quickly and cook perfectly

Easy to clean, food doesn't stick at all, not too heavy and very good quality. We have been using these for some months now and they have not scratched at all.

It is a perfect pan for dooming two eggs or a small omelette, easy to clean and very tough. But, at the price, it ought to be as good as it is!

I wanted to love this pan. For the first few days it was brilliant — then within a week the centre started sticking badly and never recovered. I've cooked a mix of things in it, including meat and vegetables. The last meal that left this damage was a simple veg dish — courgette, mushrooms, cauliflower, tomatoes, and eggs — yet the centre ended up with severe burnt-on residue that will not come off. I've preheated properly, used oil, re-seasoned, soaked, scrubbed with abrasive pads, and tried Bar Keeper's Friend. Nothing shifts the burnt patch in the middle. Photos attached. The hybrid hex surface sounds clever in the marketing, but in practice food bonds to the centre — the hottest spot — and you're left with a permanent brown stain that looks and cooks like damaged coating. For this price I expected something that lasts years, not days. Returning it. Very disappointed.

This pan is definitely worth the money. We season it every time after we have used it and am certain it will last our lives out.

V expensive but a real pleasure to use. Don't whack it up on high heat. It doesn't need that. U will not b disappointed.

Excellent quality, well worth the cost

Good looking pan, but very heavy, cooks very nicely, but so far everything has stuck and I followed the seasoning instructions to the letter. However, it is very easy to clean so overall please. Very expensive though so would not buy again.

Ob Anbraten, Schmoren oder Backen – die HexClad-Pfanne überzeugt in jeder Hinsicht. Persönliche Erfahrung: Ich nutze diese Pfanne regelmäßig und sie hat mich nie im Stich gelassen. Von täglichen Mahlzeiten bis hin zu besonderen Anlässen ist sie immer im Einsatz. Die Wärmeleitfähigkeit und die Antihaft-Eigenschaften machen das Kochen zu einem Vergnügen. Fazit: Insgesamt kann ich die HexClad 35 cm Hybrid-Edelstahl-Bratpfanne mit Deckel uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Sie vereint Qualität, Leistung und Langlebigkeit auf hohem Niveau. Soo disappointed with this Hexclad Stick everything frying pan ..I purchased this pan based on its non stick qualities and believing that this very expensive pan would deliver on all its advertised benefits! However I’ve been really disappointed with it and this morning was the final straw for me ! I’ve put up with it until now and given that I’ve had it for over 3 months … I’ve been patient! This morning a simple frying three eggs was a disaster! Tried turning them over to cook further and I had to scrape them off the pan !… I would appeal to customer service to return my money and leave it there ! I really had hoped paying soo much would deliver something different to MY experience…

write now I can't tell the performance, it is a life warranty item

Tot nu toe zeer tevreden. Netjes op matig vuur met n beetje olie ingebrand. Hopelijk gaat tie de rest van mijn leven mee, zoals beloofd.
