COLORCHARM Demi Permanent Hair Color - Gloss, Refresh & Tone - 2 Fl Oz

I have used this product for years. The color covers my gray well. I do use Gray Magic with it though. This does not dry out my fine hair, long hair. Amazon has a good price.

At first 1. DISAPPOINTMENT: this is just the color. The DEVELOPER has to be purchased separately. Everybody knows that.. dah, well: I didn’t. Then 2. JOY: the color is thick, and when added the developer (Proportion 1:2 as described in the video), it creates a thick easy to apply paste!, 3. I am using my Princess-Silke-METHOD, to just apply like shampoo, for easy, fast and most convenient! So, the GLOVES are missing! No gloves in neither, the color nor the developer, so I used my bare hands. Glory: it doesn’t keep my hands tinted at all! Just a rinse with water, and all is well. 5. IS DOESN’T SMELL BAD! 6. No conditioner, either, added. So, get your own and 7. The most important part: the color - 8G Light Golden Blonde - is EXACTLY as in the photo! I love it! 8. The color tube ($7.00) lasts much more (developer $4.00) than the usual (L’Oréal) package. It also has a portion size indicator on it. I’d say it lasts at least double the amount as the complete package I used to buy. 9. Probably irrelevant, yet, since I got the color without developer, i ran into Whole Foods and got one from another brand package: DISTURBANCE, although “organic” and all, this is the second time, the store bought hair color, makes my hair go blackish! Unfortunately, it stays for a few washes, too. So the photo is from the upper part of my hair, which I hadn’t died with the nasty color: PURE WELLA! (is German!).

Great for gray blending

Ok, I’m no beauty queen, but I’m including photos of myself so you can see the before and after. I haven’t colored my hair since before COVID and I got tired of the all white (left). I love the results! I wanted it to be subtle so I am extremely satisfied with the outcome. This is Demi-permanent , so it’ll wash out eventually. The package is designed for commercial stylists, so it’s just the color. Everything else you need is available to buy separately. ($1 to the first person who guesses my age, lol). I recommend this hair color.

I tried the golden blond on my hair that was bleached out from the sun and pool water, it made it very dark blond and wasn't the look I was looking for. I tried the beige blond and it came out perfect. I didn't have to wash several times to get the blond I want. It covered the blond hair that was way too light and didn't look natural. The Demi hair color is perfect for blond hair that has been processed too much. I use the purple shampoo once a week to keep the color in. I have been using the different Demi colors at home for a few months and my hair is shiny and soft. I have saved so much learning how to do my own hair at home I also use the 10 volume.

It wasn’t the color I was hoping for and it doesn’t color my gray. I believe it was too light for my darker hair. Make sure your hair isn’t auburn color or you are trying to color grays.

Costs more in a store. Good value.
