Perfect mac and cheese on a keto diet
These are such a great find. Cauliflower just doesn't have the firmness and bite of pasta. But these noodles really do hold up to a great mac and cheese. We'll keep buying them

Hands-down best keto-friendly noodle product
My go-to base for making a delicious keto-friendly dinner. Super simple. Important to rinse noodles before using (I dump them in a colander and just run cold water over the noodles). Takes two seconds. Then, pan fry (usually in olive oil), add veggies, chicken and seasoning and a quick weekday dinner is good to go! I have tried this with cheese and don't like the results as well.

A Great Substitute For Pasta, As Long As You Recieve The Shape You Ordered
Out of all the Penne Noodle shaped Shirataki products I've tried, this brand is the best. The Penne shape works well with "Mac" 'n' Cheese recipes. However, when I ordered the product again, I received the rice-shaped version instead. I'm going to keep them, since in the end; alternate-pasta is alternate-pasta. Still, I would have preferred to be sent the product-version that I requested. "Rice" 'n' Cheese just isn't the same as "Mac" 'n' Cheese.

Texture is nasty!!
I took one bite and almost threw up !!! But keep in Ming i am sensitive to texture…. If the texture was different it might be a good option… i even tried boiling them like suggested .

Best texture of konjac
I have had konjac noodles before, and somewhat disliked the texture. These noodles were a nice texture, and I did not notice a smell. Super easy to prepare, and after letting set in olive oil, garlic, basil and black pepper tasted very good with stir fry vegtables. They are also super filling, and one serving is enough. Because of taste, health and super easy prep, I give these noodles five stars.

Just right of meh.
They are ok, kind of like chewing on calamari. I love their other noodles but i probably won't buy these again.
