I really like this set. We use it for our outdoor (propane) pizza oven.The pizza peel is almost exactly the same as another I own (you really need two to keep pizzas cranking through the oven). The non-stick aspect of it honestly doesn't seem to make a bit of difference from the stainless one we already have - a little cornmeal is what keeps it moving on either one. The only thing I'd say about the non-stick is that it's wearing off where it contacts the stone, so overall that's not great (on all non-stick pans I've always wondered how much Teflon we all end up eating). The peel is great, overall. No complaints - that's just an observation.The other tools are great too.+ The large knife works well for the size pizzas of the peel - makes cutting quick and sort of fun.+ The spatula at first seems small, but again, it works well for the size pizzas we make.Overall I'm very pleased. Recommend.

I cook pizzas on my pellet grill for the combination of fire/smoke. I wanted this peel because it makes things much easier reaching into a hot grill to either turn a pizza or get it off the heat.The peel works great and it disconnects from the handle. I've been very happy with the peel!! However, my favorite part is the cutter!!!!This makes cutting pizzas so much easier. I have seen similar things in commercial kitchens (e.g. Sam's Club) but I wasn't sure how I would like one at home. Well....I LOVE IT!!!! No matter what weird toppings I've experimented with, this thing cuts right through and leaves the cheese/crust in tact. That was so hard to do sometimes with the rolling cutter.This set was well worth it for the peel, cutter, and spatula. I don't really use the spatula, but the peel and cutter have been wonderful. The peel has held up to direct fire and the cutter has held up cutting on both stone and steel surfaces.This is a great set - if you cook pizza (indoors or outdoors) - this set would be a wonderful addition!!!!!

This peel works great for my pizza oven... but I do still use flour or cornmeal even though it says nonstick (which isn't a problem). The pizza cutter is an awesome bonus and saves so much time when slicing your pizzas! The server is a bit small and I don't really use it, but the other two items in the set are well worth the retail price.

We have a pizza oven and tried to cook a couple of pizzas using the peel that came with the oven. No problem at all cooking one, but having to use it to cook the first and then when that's done try and transfer a second pizza to it... well that didn't work for us.This second one means that we can prep. two pizzas at the same time, and cook them one after the other; the first one doesn't have much time to cool down. Maybe it would also work if we learned now to quickly transfer another prepped pizza to the peel, but having two peels is easier for us. Decent quality peel and more than suitable for home use.Comes with a pizza cutter and slice, but the latter is a little on the small size for anything but a tiny personal pizza. Nice bonus, though.5 stars for this peel.
