The book is well written, reading flows, the notes, graphics that call out important details are well place, the models to follow are super useful and the resources are endless. There is an online digital resource that is extremely helpful too. There is so much in this book. I will come back and update as I get through it, but I can say this is an excellent purchase already well worth the money spent. I watch her YouTube channel, and review the online resources regularly, and carry this book with me as I am doing the work as I work, so taking all my spare time to study and review. Part 2 is where I am focus now since I am starting my renovation. I am doing a "cosmetic" renovation, and her advice about where to focus my budget has helped me decide where to start, what to buy (study comps online - I personally like Redfin, but Zillow too) and I already have a realtor I am working with, and was recommended a contractor by my agent. So - off to the races. It is a downturn market so I am taking my first flip slow, but in a few months I will update my review. I highly recommend buying the book, it is like an idiots guide to house flipping, but better....you have her YouTube channel, and the online resources too! Enjoy!! Useful and very well done - Bravo!
I am a YouTube follower of the authors book, and I purchased her book to take advantage of her real life experiences of flipping over 30 + houses. Because I had already purchased my first house I focused on Part 2 to help me organize my renovation, and revaluate my approach. The book is well written, reading flows, the notes, graphics that call out important details are well place, the models to follow are super useful and the resources are endless. There is an online digital resource that is extremely helpful too. There is so much in this book. I will come back and update as I get through it, but I can say this is an excellent purchase already well worth the money spent. All the information you need to start your first project
In the past few years, I have read a couple of books about flipping houses and purchased some paid programs online. This book has so much valuable information that it's by far the most useful one, even compared to the paid 'training program.' When I read it, I can truly feel Elisa's genuineness in sharing her knowledge and experience. I actually finished my first flip before reading this book, now looking back I wish I had read it to avoid some of the mistakes I made. Thank you Elisa for publishing this book.

This is the perfect book to get started flipping houses. It is comprehensive and knowledgeable. It includes all the basic information you must learn to have a shot at being successful. It also goes into great detail on many aspects of flipping. The answers to questions you have and even questions you didn't know you had are all in there. Many thanks to Elisa for this awesome book and great videos on her YouTube channel.

Must have step by step practical guide, including hard-learned lessons from the author - really appreciate the down to earth style and delivery of this book - giving away golden nuggets of wisdom and tools - able to apply immediately to real life house flipping! Thank you Elisa !!! After reading the digital addition, I had to buy the paperback so I could go through, highlight and put sticky notes on all your super valuable graphics and figures!!

A wealth of knowledge in this book
The book is filled with great information. The author covers lots of things that the average person may not think of. Things like where to get the house that you want to flip. Keeping in mind the distance from where you live. Little things that could turn into big things. Everything is touched upon from deciding which house to get to selling your flip, and how to build your team of people that will help you. There’s also some digital assets that can be download which is extremely helpful. I have never flipped a house but I am interested in doing it one day. This book gave me an idea of the reality of flipping houses. If you’re interested in flipping houses I recommend buying this book. It’s a perfect book for beginners such as myself. I think it’s a good value for the amount of information on it’s pages. I find the spiral bound method of binding this book interesting in the fact that I can flip the pages around without creasing a binding. The paper its printed on is not the highest quality but it’s really the information within the book that’s important and it contains a lot of information.
