My shoe size is USA 10.5 and EU 44. I bought Quicksilver Men's Molokai size 11, and it has the appropriate fit. For your USA 10 feet, I would suggest that the appropriate size of Quicksilver Men's Molokai would be 10.

I think the length will be longer I'm a 9 and straps fit good hope that helps
