This a very good vitamin product. Even though they are not very small, they are easy to swallow. The supplement amount of each necessary vitamin is at a high percentage. It also has a list of organic fruit and vegetable blends that add to the nutritional value.

A great vitamin to take everyday but you have to take two which I’m not that crazy about. It’s a large capsule but easy to sallow and I have a hard time swallowing any pills or capsules. It seems to be all natural which I love and been taking a while with no stomach problems! Would definitely buy again!

I like the size of the capsule and that only one a day is recommended. Easy to take. No weird after taste like others I have taken before.

I've only been taking these for about 1 week so I can't say if I notice any differences in my body, energy level, etc.. I have interstitial cystitis and needed something with a low amount of vitamin c and this one has that compared to others I researched. I'm also in menopause so was looking for a supplement to support this phase in my life and again, these seem to have all of the important nutrients that my research showed menopausal women need.My reason for giving this 4 stars is upon putting these into your mouth, they taste like dirt. Luckily, there's no after taste after swallowing but having that taste in your mouth for a brief time before swallowing it is off-putting.They arrived in good condition and on time so that's a plus and I have high hopes they will serve my body well.

Easy to swallow, came well packaged, and I haven't been taking them all that long but I'm satisfied with the product because I don't always eat enough vegetables and this is a good way to get them.

I’m very happy with this vitamin product. It’s more inclusive, since it has a daily serving of fruits and vegetables included with the vitamins.

I have been taking this brand of vitamin for over a year. I really like it! I have been feeling good & if I catch some cold bug it is short lived. I would recommend this brand!

These vitamins are working well for me.. I didnt know if they'd be good judging from the bottle.. they could use some design help. But they are approved by my doctor.. I used to take the Food for Life vitamins but these give you more nutrients for your money. It's hard to find vitamins with vitamin C alternative to the normal ascorbic acid which bothers my stomach.
