This product came in a timely manner. It was packaged in a safe box. It came in a nice zip up bag and it also came with directions. I used this for a large poster and this easel was the only one that could fit it. Easel is made sturdy and easy to set up and adjust to different heights. The poster was held securely but out doors I would suggest a sand bag to help it not blow over.

It was exactly what I wanted, unfold, pullout, height adjustable, easy to set up.

I had ordered the shorter one (66 in) and liked how easy it was to set up but when I got to my first painting class I realized I could not put my canvas at eye level! The easel was too short. I sent it back (which was really hassle free, thank goodness!) and ordered the taller version, 72". This one IS tall enough, and I have been using it to paint. As a portable it's terrific. It is not as steady or sturdy as my wooden floor easel, but then I can't fold that one up and carry it in my paint bag either. So both serve their purposes, and when I needed to let one canvas dry and wanted to start another, the portable one proved to be very useful in my own studio for letting the canvas dry where I could look at it and decide what needed work!

I bought this easel because I wanted to.do more illustration work while standing up and give my back a break from constant sitting. It took a bit of searching to find one with the height that I needed. This model fit the bill and then some.It's sturdy, good value for the price, it was easy for me to adjust (I used a level to get the little metal ledge at the right angle), and easy to carry. I'm showing it with my largest drawing board which I purchased online from Dick Blick. I expect that this easel and I will have a long professional life together.

I am using this easel to hold up my light board that I do my diamond art on. I love it. It is so helpful and adjustable. I can stand or sit comfortably to do my diamond art. It is a game changer.

First off it got delivered to the wrong house. Fortunately I figured it out from the photograph and retrieved it.I had purchased an Amazon warehouse item (for $17) and it came with a broken clip on the top of the tripod part.I did put it together to see what it was like. It’s very lightweight and flimsy (and portable if you paint outdoors), but I would recommend hanging something (that’s not too heavy) from around the center of the item to weight it down. Otherwise, I expect that the item and canvases will bounce around while you’re dabbing you’re paint on.I called Amazon to complain and they’re organizing a UPS pickup and a refund.I’m going to rebuy the same item new ($25), as for an amateur painter that’s bored during lockdown, this is good enough for me.If you’re a professional or a serious hobbyist, you’ll want something more sturdy than this.

I needed a stand of some sort to hold my large needlepoint frame while I was working on the project. Needed to be able to turn the frame around to put areas of the canvas within reach, while holding the frame and canvas in a leaning upright state.Saw this easel stand, bought it, and its really perfect. Can move the frame and canvas as I wish while maintaining the lean of it while I work. Perfect - and it sits nicely on a real antique table. Could extend the legs so it could be on the floor but that is not what I want right now.Thanks for a perfect product.

It is amazingly sturdy for what it is and how much it was. It is very smartly designed and packaged. It will be ver versatile.

I purchased this as a returned item. I cannot attest to the ease of setting up because that had already been done. I am a wheelchair user and wanted to be able to set the easel to the height I need in various locations. While I haven't put this easel through a lot of scenarios I can say it is easier to adjust thanks to the latches at the legs. I open the latches, then lift or lower the easel to my height and then close the clips. The great part is that the clips are not stiff to use, and from my wheelchair, I can manage to set it. While this takes a bit more fanagling, (due to my personal constraints) it is easy to adjust and the item itself is light weight so I can do all the adjustments without help. I also like that the top holder does not put much pressure on the canvas itself and yet still holds. I have a table top easel that I have been using and wanted to get one that could adjust to the height of either of my chairs. I read a lot of reviews about it being too light to be sturdy. I guess if you are using it outside and there was a strong wind, this might be problematic. Using it indoors, no problem! Being able to carry it while in a bag that has a long handle, is really helpful!

Bought as a gift and she loves it. From small canvas on the table to a large canvas standing up. All fits and works well. It is sturdy and everything works well and holds in position. Very good product for the price and would definitely recommend and buy again.

This little compact easel is great. Adjust to sit at, stand or even be on a counter. Holds great differences in sized pictures. Exactly what I needed as a beginner!!
