TERRIBLE packaging - BEWARE THOSE WITH FOOD ALLERGIES.
LivBars advertise as NUT FREE until you open the package to see in very, very small print over by the barcode "Made in a kitchen that processes tree nuts". NOT okay for someone with PEANUT and TREE NUT ALLERGIES. In 17 years that we have been dealing with food allergies I have never seen an item that advertises NUT FREE until you open the package and search for ingredients as we always do THANK GOD my college age son triple checked the label before eating LivBar.The "made in kitchen that process tree nuts" was not in area with ingredients or in the area of nutritional factsNEVER purchasing again!

Delicious!!
I had to stop everything I was doing to write this review. I've been keto maintenance for about a year and there is precious little I can stack on without straying from the plan or getting super bored.Long story longer, this has fruit and Kale one thing I love and one thing I loathe but I know is good for me (and a healthy source of carbs).And it's delicious. I mean really. It's good. (And, trust me, I'm normally the Skeptic Supreme when it comes to snacks boasting both flavor and health benefits. Most of it tastes like sand. Lol. Not this, you guys)A hundred stars. Delish.

Healthy AF
Mix of the best superfoods in a bar, that too their organic form? Yes please! I used to have food bars occasionally and avoid them as far as possible because although convenient, they were a bad substitute for real food. But these bars may be even healthier than your regular meal because of its well chosen super food ingredients. Of course you can't replace your meals with this because this is low calorie.

Convenient and healthy!
A great convenient nutritional snack to keep on hand and for on-the-go. My hubby keeps them in a cooler in his vehicle, since he works long hours with meals often being far apart. We keep them refrigerated to slow the oxidation process. If you really want them to last, it would be best to use a Food Saver to repackage them vacuum-sealed.

Another good protein snack for those who have to watch what they eat because of dietary intolerances. The tastes are surprising and satisfying. Not quite as filling as I would like, but it's nice to have variety that this offers!

Great flavor, great for you.
Easily my favorite energy bar. Tastes great and is full of great nuts fruits and seeds. Only downside is these break apart really easily, if you carry them around in a backpack be prepared to eat it like granola. I accept the fact that they break apart because everything in it is so good for you

Best Bars
Soft, delicious, real food with flavor. Love these for travel and last minute running-out-the-door snacks. Larger in size than most bars, with zero fake sugar / sickly sweet aftertaste. Must try, awesome bars!

Wanted to like these
I have a fairly high tolerance for healthy snacks and understand they won't taste as good as items pumped with sugar and salt. But these are really not good. I wanted some variety as I am sick of eating RX and Epic bars.
