First thing, I believe you can find this exact same headrest from other sellers for less money if you look around.Second thing, the back of my chair curves back. That is an issue for this headrest. You need a chair with the back to be flat and square for this to really have any chance to work, but you still probably won't be happy.I was able to attach it to my chair and it seems like it is on sturdy enough. It doesn't slip around on the back, but this was not easy to do. I had to experiment with the different clip and bolt sizes (which is why they give them to you and is what makes it "universal") and I planned on this being part of it. But, the hex wrench that comes with it was not useable to get the bolts screwed in tight enough to firmly attach it to the back of the chair and I had to use a different tool I have to accomplish this. There is a button on the main arm that I believe when pressed should allow for the back to be raised up and down but it does absolutely nothing. The rest swivels forward and back on the main arm, so it stays the same distance forward and back in relation to say you and the wall in front of you, but there is no way to lock it in a position and it will just swing all the way back (or up?) when you rest against it.What I don't understand is why don't these companies just make the main arm be swingable on a hinge? If it did this it would work a lot better with a lot of different chairs. The way it is now, on my chair it sits too far back, I can use it to lay back and stare at the top of my wall or ceiling but I cannot use it to rest my head while using a screen of any kind. Also, the plastic is too soft. When you lean back into it it will literally give in the wrong direction. If it was more rigid this would also help.There are some chair specific headrests I have seen that attach by having a grip that is sized to the back of the chair frame. Make this part re-sizeable to accommodate different thicknesses, make the main arm moveable 90 degrees, and wah-la, it would work on a lot of chairs so much better than it does now. I really don't understand how these "universal" headrests are really designed for a very specific type of chair. Even a flat up and down chair back probably won't get all that much real benefit out of this.I would pay $100 for a headrest if it actually worked (because I already have a chair, I didn't realize how important a high back is to me and really am regretting the chair purchase at this point, but it is not returnable now and I didn't get it on Amazon).***Update****I did buy a headrest pillow from an automotive store and it helps a lot. It almost makes this headrest work how I wished it would from the beginning. There are better options for something like this (pillow not headrest itself) you can get but I was in the store, saw it and it was an impulse buy. If that thing starts to wear out I will most likely order one of the options on Amazon to replace it.

But my chair is pretty comfortable so just replacing the entire chair seemed silly. I found this and thought I would give this a shot ....Firstly it is an easy install. Comes with three different brackets to accommodate various chair sizes and thicknesses. ... You simply bolt it on. You also do have option to screw it on with self tapping screws but most likely you won't want to do that. For my chair the bracket and bolt fastened just fine and tight.In terms of comfort , this is where maybe not everyone will like it. For my use I have to adjust the neck height lowest. It sits right at my neck top base and I can sit back and let the head rest just hold my head up. It is exactly what I needed when I have sore neck and I could barely hold my own head up during work. However, depending on your body and need and the type of chair you have, some may find this sticks out too far out and that might be annoying for some.Overall for 45$, it is a great chair mod and saves me from buying a new chair. I personally like it .

Un poco caro pero ahora mi silla está completa.Muy fácil de instalar y aunque no se quede completamente rígida al apoyarse y parezca que se va a desmontar... aguanta perfectamente.
