This is such a great product. I just put this in a bucket with some water and then brush it on fence panels, decking, flags and tarmac - basically anywhere where there is green algae. It’s a quick method of applying it. You just leave it and start noticing it removing the algae after about a week - the longer it’s left it just seems to get rid of it. Great to treat fencing before you paint it, rather than painting over it, only for it to soon come back. You need to do it every year, but it cleans off algae for the year, and it’s relatively quick to do too.

This is one of the best products I’ve used in a long time. I had a newly installed patio (slabs) and after winter, I noticed a green stain from the trees that made it look ugly. After using this product, the patio looked brand new. I sprayed it all over (after diluting it), waited 24 hours, then rinsed it with clear water—it worked so easily. I even used it on the fence for the same problem, and while it was a bit harder to rinse and needed some scrubbing, the fence ended up looking great too.

I used as instructed and it didn't budge the black stains on the patio. Weather been perfect and no rain. So I obviously need something stronger. I will give it three stars as I swilled out the mix with a bit of water and used on less stained area and it actually came up nice and clean. So light stains I would say it works.
