Yum!!! I started using red note and saw people using this in their recipes as well as feeding it to their animals. I love it! Tastes good. Smells like how it should. The quality is good and fresh. The bag is a pretty decent size too. Definitely worth the money for two big bags. Shipment went well, I had no issues and the bags weren’t damaged during shipping. Thank you ^.^

I have been using them as a food taste enhancer for quite some time. I can say that it tastes great, a real fish taste. I made ramen with it several times, and miso soups. To me, it works well on taste buds and enhances the taste perfectly.

I needed this for a Japanese dish called okonomiyaki. The flavour isn't over barring. It's perfect. I like to crumble the piece between my hands before adding them because they are rather huge. I will buy it again.

Excellent for making Dashi and as a salad or dish garnish. Has a mild smell in sealed bags of generous size. As for how long it will stay fresh, frankly I don't know. I tend to use up the product fairly quickly.

I've used this brand for quite some time. Great product. Only four stars because they taped the bags together, when I removed the tape one bag had a small hole in it. It's almost like they taped over the hole to hide it.

I buy these when I make okonomiyaki (seafood pancakes) or when I want to make homemade dashi. Definitely a good amount of product and just remember the flavor of this might not be for everyone but I still suggest trying it

This was my first time ordering bonito flakes. It was very good mixed in with the sauce for my Filipino dish called palabok. I can’t wait to try other recipes with it.

I like that this is a smaller bag. There were 2 bags in the order so that keeps half of it fresh longer. My cat loves it.
