I had been looking for affordable, first time microscope for my 6 years old. I had returned 2 microscopes before because they were a bit hard to use for beginners and the image quality wasn't worth the price. This is my 3rd attempt buying microscope and we are so satisfied. It is easy to use, good value for the money. It is also so lightweight that my daughter can bring it everywhere and work independently after it is fully charged. It is mean as a stereo microscope, not compound microscope, BUT I have tried to put the glass slide with specimen and the result was amazing. It is definitely the best 1st microscope with the best price.

Great first time microscope for budding scientists! My 6 year old received this as a gift and was blown away by this whole new world of microscopic images of a dragonfly wing and human hair that I ordered premade slides for. It opened a whole new universe for her!

I bought this item for my daughter's bday, Great quality, durable and image has high quality, My daughter is really enjoying it and opens the option of educational learning while having fun.

I’m not sure about the price because this doesn’t magnify as much as a real microscope but my daughter is a science buff and had to have something to look at leaves with; it does the job.

Works for what I bought it for. Girl friend leaves it plugged in all the time. She didn't like going to use it and it didn't work since the battery died. It needs to be plugged into USB for the charge. I think you need a card reader to load to a computer.Girlfriend hasn't loaded anything to the computer that I know of.

This microscope is perfect for doing some basic soldering of small components. It will also be perfect to look at small insects and other things. The picture quality is OK. It is a bit grainy but not enough to be annoying. Connection to PC monitor works perfectly but again doesn't look the best. One thing I don't like is the camera auto adjusts to light. So adding more light to make the item your working on brighter just has the camera adjust it back down. But well worth the money. The battery holds a charge for quite awhile and the tablet type screen works perfectly.

Bought for my 10 year old son, who used a similar microscope at school. He loves it. Great image, easy to use. Fun for the whole family.

I bought this for my 13yr old and he found it super easy to use. I didn't need to help him set it up or use it. He really likes the digital display...way better than any regular microscope. It helps him with his school projects and he likes to use it just for fun too. Two big thumbs up.

Such a great educational gift for an inquiring little mind. The screen is wonderful as opposed to having to look through a small little microscope. Vivid colours, that works great with slides. Magnification is very impressive. We've looked at plants, flowers, leaves, dead bugs in great detail. Will definitely be buying another for my other niece it is really that good.100% Uncle Approved!
