I installed this on a 2020 XC60 T6 Inscription with little issue. There are instructions included with good pictures for the install, and good videos are found on YouTube as well. The only issue that I ran into was the mounting brackets for the bottom of the bumper need to be bent back out of the way and then back forwards in order to re-align. This CAN (was) done by hand but took some effort. You also need to trim about an inch out of the bumper, this is easily done with a utility knight (be careful) and you can follow the 'guide' printed in the inside of the bumper itself. Plan for an hour, but honestly, if I had to do this again, it would take 20min...

WARNING! Item does not for VOLVO XC60 2020. Luckily neighbor has a workshop. Was able to drill new holes. Off by 5/8s of an inch.

Fit perfect. Install was straight forward for my 2026 xc90. Definitely a big hunk of metal is 100% solid. Would buy again. Paint is thick and definitely feels durable. Going on a big trip and will be having 300lbs of cargo on the carrier. This will do the job.

2020 Volvo XC60. Install took just under 2 hours. And although I’m competent and confident with this kind of thing, I also tend to take 3 times as long as most people. Taking off the bumper was no big deal, and even cutting it ended up being the least consequential part of the job. In fact, if you cut the bumper, did a messy job of it, then reinstalled without the trailer hitch, nobody would ever know because you’re cutting the underside that’s not visible from above. I will warn people that getting the metal brackets bent to just the right angle is by far the hardest part of the job. I had to pull the bumper off 3 times to re-bend the brackets to align the holes properly. That sucked. Still did the whole project in under 2hrs.
