good materials, email tech support
The unit is nice. the email address you are supposed to be able to email for tech support, i was trying to get data into Excel, never answered. They need a phone number to call, not something that says support in 24 hrs but never responds.

On the money
Scan function is very nice for unknown liquids. Protective case. Installed a #0, added distilled water, grabbed the temp, ran. Looked up water for the temp. Sample:1.3mPa*S Table lookup: 1.296mPa*S Can't ask for better than that. Tolerance is 3%

Good instrument. Works as advertised
UPDATED review (Dec 2023): The instrument works as advertised. Buyers to make sure to add ROTOR 0 to your list of rotors to measure viscosity of liquids lower than 10 centipoise. Previous review (Nov 2023): Dont buy. Does not work. Cannot measure viscosity of water.

Good Product and Good Service
Very good service and good guidance while ordering what i wanted. Viscometer works fine and i can able to measure at different temperature ranges and able to control temperature ranges with temperature jacket.
