Well worth it!
I'm very impressed with the decent quality of the insoles. They fit my shoes perfectly! I find them very comfortable. I definitely felt "something" while wearing them in s positive way. Wearing them the first day(w/3.5lb ankle weights each foot) I walked almost 5 miles. They felt great! I'm getting another set very soon!

Okay so why only 3 stars?
The product is well made and fits well enough. They did make my boots a little tight though because of the thickness of the material. I would recommend buying these first and then taking them to the store when you buy your shoes or boots. That way you know exactly how they are going to fit. One thing I really didn't like about them is that they are too rubbery feeling so when I put my socked foot into my boot, the insert grabbed onto the socks and made it a bit challenging to slide my foot into my boot. I could wiggle my toes around enough to get it to feel okay after a few seconds but that took some getting used to.The other thing is that I didn't really notice a significant change in the way I was feeling. My neck still hurts and my low back still hurts after wearing the inserts for about a month. So, I finally took them out. Maybe they will work for you, but I didn't see that much benefit. If you want mine, I'll give them to you if you pay the shipping. ;-)

Break them in slowly, your feet have to adjust to them
I have severe neuropathy to my left foot and multiple back issues with constant pain and difficulty walking. I tried a pair of these in my tennis shoes. The first couple of days they felt funny, even irritated my left foot, but with continued use things improved. I've noticed a remarkable improvement in my balance and less pain to my back. When I changed shoes and didn't use the insoles, that's when I realized just how effective they were. Ordered another pair for my boots, now that winter is here. You have to break them in gradually. So don't give up because they "hurt" your feet at first.

Bought a pair, got the large, for a 8.5 shoe. Took the OEM inserts out of the shoe to have a pattern to trim the new inserts. The inserts I took out were the same size as the new inserts, so I just put the new inserts in the shoe. Wore the, for a couple hours and decided to put both sets of inserts into the shoe since I wanted to tighten this pair up a little bit. Worked great, had no issues getting use to the inserts. I will probably be a repeat customer its seldom I find something that appears to actually work.

Useful but not amazing.
I wouldn't say they're phenomenal. They're a nice change from the flat insoles of my boots but I can't wear them all the time. My only issue is that I have wide feet so my get feel fine except the outside edges of my feet still hurt, everything else does not.I broke my ankle about 8 months ago. I have noticed that I don't have as much trouble as usual, that's a plus. But other than that I don't feel they have greatly improved my life.
